Chapter 5: The world over yonder..... and EW!!

Your P.O.V

I sighed and looked at my bandaged covered hands. They throbbed in pain and they were still hot, but I was alive. I still had on the same long sleeved shirt that Tomoe had torn at the stomach and burned at the sleeves because I had nothing else to wear. Mud was in my (h/c) hair, on my face, my shirt, and my jeans. Basically, I fit the image of homeless girl.

"(Y/n)! Come on we're going to find Tomoe!" Nanami suddenly bursts into my room.... She just reminded me of Alex.... I wonder if she's ok?

Nanami looks at me, I quickly hide my hands behind my back, "What happened to you?" she asks.

I smile at her cheerfully, "Oh nothing. I just had a run in with Tomoe and we had a little.... Disagreement. So, to the world over yonder we go!"

Me, Nanami, Kotesku, and Onikiri walk through the dark creepy forest, Kotesku held a lantern while the rest of us followed behind. Soon enough we were at the lane of red lights or whatever it's called, "Master Tomoe!"

"Master Tomoe!"

The two shrine spirits call out.

"Oi! Fox face!" I yell.

"Quit making such a racket!" a familiar and annoying voice yells.

The two shrine spirits open a door and sure enough, there Tomoe was, the upper half of his kimono was off and two panda look like girls were rubbing all of the mud off of his back, arms, chest, and hair.

"Seriously? You're forcing the poor girls to give you a sponge bath?" I say.

"At least I try to look decent. And I am not forcing them to do anything." he replies taking in my mud stained hair and clothes.

I kept my hands stuffed into my pockets in order to prevent them from being seen by the others. Nanami had helped me clean up my face and hair a bit before we left but of course it hardly helped, but it was still a nice gesture.
"As if, you poor poor girls. Being seduced by this horrid man, you're welcome at my shrine any time." I say with anime sparkles all around me... I wonder if I can touch them? They look pretty touchable, OFF TOPIC!!

"Seduced?! As if I would do such a thing! This is their job!" Tomoe yells at me in chibi mode.

"They aren't getting paid enough If they got stuck with you as a customer."

"Master Tomoe! You are a familiar in service to a god! And you are already drinking in the middle of the day?!" the spirits chorus.

I notice a jar of sake next to him, "You need to come back and be Nanami's and (Y/n)'s familiar!" the spirits continue.

"As if I would ever become that creatures familiar!" Tomoe yells pointing at me. "She hardly even qualifies as human! What kind of human bites someone's hand?!"

"You are seriously still on that?! What kind of yokai tackles someone and tears their shirt?!"

Soon enough, me and him were head butting again.

"You soaked me in water!!"

"YOU KICKED ME!!!"

"YOU STOLE MY SHOE!!!

"YOU LEFT IT AT THE SHRINE!!"

The two panda girls and the two shrine spirits just sit and watch us back and forward like they were watching an entertaining show.
