the audition! And the.... Awkward... Turtle???

Your P.O.V

I stretched and stood up, popping my neck and my back, "You sure you're OK?" Kurama asks.

"Yeah, I'm fine!" I say with a smile.

I walk to Nanami's room and open the door to find Nanami sitting up, Onikiri and Kotetsku next to her, and a certain kidnapper snake kneeling next to her.

My face went from that of a happy-go-Lucky smiling one, to that of a extremely angry one with a scary dark aura surrounding me, my pigtails moving like snakes.

"Why is HE here?" I ask, through gritted teeth.

Mizuki gives me a tense, close eyed smile with dread lines clear on his face, "a-ah! (Y-Y/n)-Chan! Welcome home!"

"GET OUTTA HERE!!!" I yell, in chibi mode with multiple tick marks around me.

I deliver a swift kick to his face, sending him flying out of the shrine and into the sky. I then sat down and took a deep breath, looking at Nanami and the two shrine spirits, "Look, I know what happened, and what you saw is your business so you don't have to tell me." I say, "But so you know, that was many years in the past. The Tomoe now is much different than the Tomoe from back then."

Nanami looks at me with wide eyes, "You... You knew? Didn't you?" She asks.

I nod grimly, "Yes, I did. But I don't even know how I knew, I kept having these horrid nightmares of a demon fox that would come and take me away from my life. Keep me hostage. But I kept having these dreams even before I knew Tomoe."

"Then how-?"

"I don't know..... Please don't tell Tomoe."

Nanami smiles at me, tilting her head she replied with a merry, "Of course."

I smiled in return before clapping my hands together, "So! Whats for dinner?"

Onikiri and Kotetsku hold up a little turtle, "We were gonna serve soft shell stew for Nanami!"

"WHAT?! Don't cook the poor turtle!!" I quickly grab the turtle and cuddle it close to my chest.

"Poor little turtle, don't worry, I won't let them cook you." I gently tap the turtle's nose.

Before I had time to react, the turtle chomped down on my finger.

"OW!! owowowowowowowowow!!! THAT'S IT!! YOU'RE GONNA BE DINNER!!!" I yell, trying to shake the turtle off my finger, but the littler sucker just wouldn't let go!

Once I finally managed to get the little sucker off of my finger, Nanami starts laughing like there's no tomorrow. Me and the shrine spirits look at her like 'WTH??' (pic). I look between her and the turtle, "What?" I ask.

"Seriously, what's so funny?"

She sits up and wipes the tears from her eyes, "N-nothing! Anyway, what about you? How was school?"

As the events from school came flooding back, I stuffed the turtle's head in my mouth. Leading to the awkward turtle biting my tongue. "FALLEN!!!!" I yell..... I think I've been hanging around Kurama too much....

Tomoe walked in, bickering with the crow, and holding a purple lollipop.

"LOLLIPOP!!! GIMME GIMME GIMME!!!" I reach for the sweet in his hand, resulting in me kissing the floor 'cause Tomoe held it out of my reach.

"Trust me, you don't want this sweet." He says.

I huff and cross my arms before looking expectantly at Kurama, "What are you still doing here?"
