In this one, it's Valentine's Day.

Y/n's pov.

I ran to my car and I got in, immediately breaking down into tears.

I thought he was the one, I really did.

And now, I'm as broken as a piece of glass.

I put my hands on the steering wheel and I rested my head on it.

I was crying so hard I couldn't concentrate.

And there's only one person who can calm me down.

I grabbed my phone and I called Tom.

I put it on speaker as I put the key into the ignition.

I turned on the car as he answered with a cheery voice "Hello y/n! How are you?"

I tried my best to calm down, but it only came out in sobs.

"Y/n, what's wrong?"

"Jake." I said, not really able to speak.

"Y/n, listen to me okay? Calm down please."

I took deep breaths and I felt like I was going to cry again.

"What happened to Jake?"

"He broke up with me."

"On Valentine's Day? Oh that's the shittiest thing someone could ever do on Valentine's Day."

I started to cry again until I heard Tom's soothing voice say "How about you stop by? I'm not doing anything right now so I'm free."

"Are you sure? I wouldn't want to be a burden." I said as my lip quivered.

"Of course I'm sure, you can stop by right now and we can talk."

I wiped the tears off my face and I felt a little better.

I drove to Tom's house and I pulled into his long ass driveway.

I parked my car and I grabbed my phone and my keys, and I got out.

I shut the door and I walked up to the house, lightly knocking to the front door.

Then the door slowly swung open and he smiled softly as he looked at me.

He pulled me into a very much needed hug. I wrapped my arms around his waist tightly.

I really wanted a hug.

"I'm so sorry that Jake did that to you, you didn't deserve that."

I sniffled and I said "I'm used to it."

Tom's pov

Did she really just say that?

She's used to stuff like that?

Why?

"You shouldn't be used to anything like that." I said, hugging her a little tighter.

She sighed and whimpered, like she was going to cry again.

I took my hand and I pat her head, and then I rubbed her back.

"Y/n it's okay. It'll be okay." I said into her ear.

She hugged me a little tighter and she started crying again.

I pet her hair and I sighed in disappointment.
