Y/n's pov (Christmas Day special)

I get out of the shower and I covered myself with a towel.

I dried my hair and then the rest of my body.

I walk to the mirror and I grabbed my clean clothes that were on the counter and I got dressed.

I grabbed my brush and I brushed my hair, getting all of the tangles out.

After I was done brushing my hair I put my brush down on the counter and I grabbed my hair tie.

I put my hair up and I walked out of the bathroom.

I walked out to the kitchen and I saw Steve leaning up against the counter, talking to Nat.

He looked at me and smiled.

"Hey look who's finally awake." Steve said to me and came up to me.

Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Natasha leave.

He came up to me and kissed me.

"We had to wait for you." He said after he pulled away.

"Did you? Seems like everyone opened their presents already."

"No, they didn't open them."

"How long have you been up?" He asked.

I shrugged.

"I don't know, probably for 2 and a half hours."

"Really?"

"Yeah."

"I had to take a shower."

He hugged me.

He sighed happily.

He pulled away and said "I got something for you."

"I got something for you too." I said with cheeky grin.

He smirked.

He kissed me again.

"Hey Stevie."

He pulled away and sighed disappointedly.

"Hey Buck." He said.

"So what exactly goes on between you two?"

I smirked at Steve as he says "Oh nothing in particular."

I giggled as he showered my face with kisses.

"Steve!" I said and he hoisted me over his shoulder.

I sigh as I smiled at Bucky.

"This, this is basically what we do."

He chuckled.

"What's so funny?"

"Oh nothing just the fact the he's going to-"

"Shut up Bucky." Steve said.

Bucky chuckled softly before he walked out of the kitchen.

Steve put me back down then pecked me on the lips.

"Get. A. Room. You. Two."

"Make. Us. Tony. Stank." I said and then started laughing and crying so hard that I couldn't breathe.

He sighed in disappointment and he asked "Who told you about that?"

"Rhodey." I said and cackled.

He groaned and then walked out of the kitchen.

"Friday, remind me that I need to talk to Rhodey later."

"Yes sir."

I was on the floor, laughing my ass off.

Natasha walks in and asks "What happened?"

I was crying from how hard I was laughing.

"She called Tony 'Tony Stank', and now she can't breathe." Steve said.

After awhile I stopped laughing and was able to regain composure.

I sighed and I smiled at Steve, who looked at me lovingly.

"You're weird, I love you."

I giggled softly and Steve put his hand out, I grabbed it and he helped me up.

*An hour later*

We had all opened our presents and then Steve said "Wait! Y/n, I have one more for you, I have to go get it."

I smiled as he ran out to our room and then came back out and he almost looked nervous.

He kneeled in front of me.

I looked at him totally oblivious.

What's happening?

"Look y/n, you are the most beautiful woman I've ever met, and I love you so much it's unexplainable, and I just have one question to ask you."

"Oo-kay?"

Natasha and the others start chuckling.

"Y/n do you have any idea what's happening right now?" Natasha asked.

"No I don't, What's happening?" I asked.

"Steve you're about to pop the question to someone who's totally oblivious to literally everything and anything." Bucky said.

"Shut up Bucky." Steve said.

"So y/n, one simple question that I would love for you to answer." He said as he pulled a small box out of his pocket and opened it, revealing a beautiful ring.

"Will you marry me?" He asked.

I then realized what was happening.

I covered my mouth with my hand and I gasped softly.

I became speechless and I didn't know what to do.

"Yes." I said.

Steve smiled widely and everyone else started cheering.

"You made me the happiest man today y/n."

"And you made me speechless!" I said.

He slipped the ring onto my ring finger and it fit perfectly.

This is definitely the best Christmas I've ever had.

This is a day that I'll remember.

Forever
