The Secret's out!

Stepping out of the car with ego and arrogance, Mr. Gilbert, the 45-year-old teacher, was walking there with a neatly baby blue shirt and beige trousers while lifting his black sunglasses on his brown hair to have a good look at his big blue eyes.

Dragging himself into the entrance there with no shame as if he already erased what happened to him two years ago focusing on the students who gave him weird looks. Eventually, he decided to ignore them and instead waved to some of his folks " the teachers he used to work with them back then." Who smiled at him in return.

Heading behind him was his son Jeff, a good illustration of the well-known proverb "like father like son " inheriting the messy brown hair and these blue eyes but with an intense look, that made everyone not dare to look him in the eyes. He wasn't that kind of a lovely boy but a fiercely figure that lead most students to prefer to avoid him. He walked there knowing very well his destination until he leaned on the locker and poked the one who stood in front of it to turn around and gave him a warm smile and a side hug.

" Hey, man! Finally, you came back!! " Matt said while hugging him. His old friend finally came back.

" Hey, Bro. Yeah, I think I haven't missed much since I left " Jeff replied while separating from the hug and leaned again on the wall next to the locker while bringing his phone out of his pocket.

" Where is your chick?" Jeff asked while tapping on his phone not eyeing Matt at all. He just threw a question to hold on to the conversation not giving him attention but to his phone. As if it was the right time to leave his friend and send a message!

" There is no chick anymore. I think it is for the best. " Matt sighed while fetching a book from his locker. His break-up wouldn't be that difficult for him. He pretended to love her. He waited for the right time to tell her that their relationship was boring and it would be better if they broke up but fortunately, she was already cheating and the long speech he already prepared to tell her why they were not working together was now with no benefit. However, that was good for him! He broke up with her at a party and in front of everyone. Nice!

" You deserve better!" Jeff responded after dashing his phone back in his pocket and dragged Matt outside.

He stood there behind the door glanced at the wooden sign that said " the office" He put back his sunglasses on his head after combing it with his hand and knocked until he heard a " You can come in. " from the other side of the door. He turned on the knob and it creaked open to face a beautiful lady in her middle age all in a formal suit sitting on her desk eyeing him with her green eyes that were surrounded with long lashes and her red plumb lips moved to form a smile.

"Good morning, Mr. Gilbert. Welcome back." The headmistress welcomed Mr. Gilbert with a charming and warm smile after sipping from her coffee and landed it down on her desk.
