||Chapter Thirty-One ||
The Predator & The Preys
Nour was heading home but her unstoppable and continuous ringing on her phone was worsen the situation. She couldn't talk. She just wanted to go back home to hide from this evil world. The phone didn't stop and she finally answered. " Hamza, I can't talk right now.""Nour, what happened? I told you to call me after you finish. " His voice came from the other side full of suspicion. He called her multiple times and she didn't pick up. He was afraid something has happened between her and Mr. Gilbert but he didn't know that his guts were right all the time. He waited for an answer but there was only silence.
" Nour, why are you so silent?" Nour didn't focus on what he said because she sensed someone watching her. She scanned the place but there was no one but the feeling didn't move away. The street was so silent and no one was in there, because she chose the shortcut instead of the main road. She wanted to be alone and be kept away from people. She finally spoke while putting it on speaker. "... Hamza, I think someone's following me. I'll send you my live location to make sure nothing will happen. " She sent it to him and was about to say something when she heard a familiar voice. " Don't hang up the phone. I want him to listen to your moans and enjoy it with me. "
A male voice began to break the silence around Nour. Her breathing trembled because of the familiar voice. She turned in the direction of the voice, and her body shook as she saw a masked male figure wearing a black hooded jacket, leaning against the wall.
The mysterious man then began to pull back his hood and pull away his mask and flashed a smile at her. "Hey, beautiful. Miss me?
Nour nervously murmured, still
frozen on her spot. "Mr. Gilbert? What do you want?.....is something..."She was cut off when that man pulled out a knife from his jacket pocket and showed it to her to frighten her and just with one look, she was frozen in her spot. She took a few steps backward and he then began to approach Nour with a smile that somehow crept her at this moment, she knew that she had to run but she was a bit late.
"No!" she shrieked, as Gilbert grabbed both of her arms. She tried to yank her arms away, but the struggle was useless. He snatched her hijab throwing it recklessly on the ground revealing her hair, her phone was also thrown roughly on the ground beside her hijab.
"Where do you think you're going, huh?" Gilbert whispered into her ear as he swung his right arm around her neck while standing behind her, dragging her backward with full force. "I've always wanted to taste you. I'm sure you'll please me."
"Let me go! please! I didn't do anything to you." she cried out before his left hand went to her mouth, covering it forcefully. She tried to free herself from his tight grip, but the more she moved around, the tighter his grips were.
"Hmm...I like the smell of your body, sweetheart. Lovely, my favorite scent ever." the man moaned as he touched the nape of her neck with his nose, inhaling the exposed skin hard, sending chills through her spine. He began to drag her towards the nearest alley as she continued to make noises as loud as she could, calling for help with her muffled screams. Hitting his arms, and kicking backward on his legs were just useless efforts, and it only drained her energy more.
