Levi gets into trouble

2 months later

"Behave, okay?" Toni told the twins as she dropped them off at school.

"Okay. Tell mommy we said to feel better." Leilani nodded.

"Okay, I will. Have a good day!" Toni smiled, getting back into the car before drivinging off.

"Babe, Do you need anything from the store or something?" Toni called her wife.

"No. I'm doing okay, now. Just come back." Cheryl pouted.

"Kay, beautiful. I'll be there." Toni said before hanging up.

"Cher?" Toni asked as she entered her bedroom.

She heard gagging sounds coming from the bathroom, she instantly knew it was her wife.

"Aww, baby." Toni frowned, pulling her hair back.

"It's okay." Toni sighed, rubbing Cheryl's back.

Cheryl finally stopped, wiping her mouth with the washcloth.

"Mamas... You don't think-" Cheryl cut her off.

"Probably." She mumbled with a nod.

Toni smiled, "So... Do you want to take a test?" She asked, pulling out the digital test from the cabinet.

Cheryl took a deep breath before nodding. Toni pecked her lips, smiling before leaving the bathroom to give Cheryl her privacy.

Cheryl sighed, her heart beating against her chest rapidly.

She did what she had to do, before covering the test up again.

"Toni?" Cheryl asked, opening the door.

Toni walked back into the bathroom, wrapping her arms around Cheryl's waist.

"I want you to look when it's time..." Cheryl whispered.

"Are you sure?" Toni asked.

"Please...? I'm too nervous." Cheryl breathed out.

"Okay, baby. I'll do it." Toni reassured, kissing her neck softly.

The couple stood in comfortable silence, waiting for the pregnancy test to beep.

Once it finally beeped, Cheryl stood behind Toni as she watched as her wife pick up the test.

Toni's eyes filled with tears as she stared at the words 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙜𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙩 on the test...

Toni turned to face her wife, nodding her head.

Cheryl's eyes lit up, as she happily snatched the test out of Toni's hands.

"Toni! Holy- oh my God!" Cheryl squealed as Toni picked her up.

"Baby! We're going to have a baby!" Toni cheered.

"I know." Cheryl giggled, leaning down to peck her wife's lips.

Toni was checking emails as Cheryl made an appointment for their first ultrasound sound for baby number 3.

Toni's phone ringed, breaking the silence in the room.

"Topaz speaking." Toni answered.

"He did what?" Toni asked, grabbing Cheryl's attention as she just got off the phone with Dr. Marcus.

"Why?" Toni asked, putting on her shoes.

"Okay, my wife and I are on the way." Toni said before hanging up.

"What's wrong, T?" Cheryl asked, pulling on her slip on vans.

"Levi. They said that he hit some kid." Toni explained, grabbing her Rolls Royce keys.

"Thanks for coming Mrs. And Mrs. Topaz. I'm sure Levi didn't do anything intentionally, but I wanted to hear his story while your here." The principal spoke.

Toni and Cheryl nodded, looking at Levi who was frowning.

"I was on the playground with Leilani when this boy pushed her down the slide." He explained.

Toni frowned, "Levi... We know you're very overprotective of Lei, but that doesn't give you the right to hit people." Toni said.

"I-I know. But Leilani was sad." Levi frowned.

"Where is Leilani?" Cheryl asked.

"The nurse. She should be here in a few." The woman smiled.

Cheryl nodded, comforting her son while Toni stroked her knee with her thumb.

Leilani then entered the room. She looked very sad.

"Come here, babes" Cheryl whispered, letting the girl sit on her lap.

"Now, I spoke to the boy's parents he will have detention since their only in the first grade. But, next time this happens it will be handled properly." She nodded.

"Thank you." Toni nodded, gathering Levi and Leilani's stuff.

" They're free to go." The woman said, leading them out to the door.

Toni helped her family to the car, buckling the twins in before getting into the car.

She looked in the rear view mirror, sighing at the looks on her kid's faces.

"Mommy and I have some very exciting news to share with you guys." Toni spoke, breaking the silence.

"Yep. We'll tell you when we get home." Cheryl smiled.

"Okay." They said, leaning their heads on the window.

Once the family got home. Levi and Leilani went to change into some clothes they'd wear around the house.

Cheryl and Toni sat on the couch, waiting for them.

Levi and his sister sighed, sitting on the couch with their mothers.

"I'm sorry for getting in trouble, mama." Levi apologized.

"It's okay, bubbas. You we're protecting your sister. I get that, but hitting people isn't an exception." Toni said.

"I know. It won't happen again." The boy nodded.

"Great. Well, now on to the good news." Toni smiled, squeezing Cheryl's hand.

"I'm pregnant." Cheryl smiled, biting her lip to keep from smiling too hard.

"Are you really?" Leilani asked excitedly. (idk why but I just imagine her saying that in British)

"Yep! That's why I've been sick." Cheryl explained.

"Oh my God! Yay!" Leilani cheered, clapping her hands.

Levi smiled, nodding his head. "I agree with her." He giggles at his excited sister.

I'm tired and it's 4 am🤦🏽‍♀️
