Twins get shots

Toni excused the kids from school since they had to get their 7-year-old shots.

Toni dressed Serenity before packing some new outfits in her bag.

"Lei, Lev! You guys ready?" Cheryl called from downstairs as Toni carried Serenity downstairs.

The twins walked downstairs fully dressed.

"We're ready." Levi yawned, walking past Cheryl as she held the door open from them.

"Okay, Who's going first?" The doctor asked.

Leilani shook her head afraid to even get shots in general.

"How about I go, Lei?" Levi asked his sister. The girl nodded, smiling as her brother kissed her cheek before going to sit on the bed.

The doctor smiled, lifting the sleeve of his shirt sleeve up before cleaning the spot with an alcohol wipe.

Once she was done she stuck the needle into his skin before pulling it out.

"Okay, One more." She nodded, going to the other arm.

Levi cringed at the slight pain, then took a deep breathe when it passed.

"See, Lei. It's not so bad." Levi smiled at his sister.

Leilani nodded, sitting on the bed.

Leilani flitches when the doctor was about to place the alcohol wipe on her arm.

"Princess, you have to stay still." Toni said.

"I'm scared." The girl whimpered, tears beaming her eyes.

Levi frowned, holding her hand.

"It's okay. It's only a little pinch." He smiled.

Leilani nodded, closing her eyes as the doctor cleaned her arm.

She squeezed Levi's hand as the needle went into her skin.

The girl started crying, tears rolling down her cheek.

Levi didn't like that at all. "Hey. It's in there too long." He snapped making Cheryl look at him.

"Levi Oliver Topaz, that's no way to talk to an adult." She scowled.

"It's alright. He's just overprotective." The doctor chuckled, putting the needle in the other arm before putting a bandage.

Leilani jumped down as Levi pulled her into a comforting hug.

Toni smiled, rubbing Leilani's back to comfort the girl too.

"How about this? I treat us to ice cream and you can buy any toy at Toy's R Us." Toni smiled.

"Okay." Leilani sniffled, pulling away from the hug.

Once the family got home, Toni put Serenity down for her nap while the twins finished up some homework they didn't do yesterday.

Toni and Cheryl cuddled on the couch while Cheryl strolled through the kid's Instagram likes.

"Look how cute." Cheryl smiled, reading a comment that a fan left.

One year ago today, heaven gained the most amazing angel. Cameron mica Boyce touched the hearts of everyone. He was a passionate, kind, and amazing soul who gained his wings too early. He left such a huge hole in my heart because I watched him grow into the young amazing man who once roamed the earth with us. I've never cried over a celebrity death... But his, boy did I break down. I remember having a bad day because I wasn't feeling too good, I check my Instagram after a long day to see that my favorite person was gone and I couldn't do anything about it. He was and will always be my crush, my childhood. Someone I will continue to look up too even though he's not here with us. Cameron, I love you man. I hope you're doing your best to bring a smile to the angels up there. Your legacy lives on.
