2 weeks later.

"Lei. Lev, Come on. Get up we have to go to the ultrasound." Cheryl said to the sleeping twins.

"Mommy?" Leilani asked as she sat up, half-sleep.

"Goodmorning, beautiful. Come on, I have a pregnancy appointment." Cheryl said, rubbing her back.

"Okay, mommy." She spoke, getting up out of bed while Cheryl went to wake her brother.

------

"Here for Cheryl Topaz." Toni said as Cheryl walked the twins in.

"Down the hall to your left." She smiled.

Toni lead her family down the hall as she knocked on the door.

"Come in!" Dr. Marcus said, let the family in.

"Hey, guys. Long time no see." He chuckled.

"Yeah, it's been a while." Toni smiled.

"So, first ultrasound for baby 3, correct?" He asked.

"Mhmm." Cheryl hummed, sitting in the bed while Levi and Leilani shyly sat on Toni's lap.

Dr. Marcus rubbed the gel on Cheryl's stomach before placing the wand on it as she scanned around.

"Okay, let's take a look-see." He said, panning the camera to different angles.

"Ahh, there it is." He smiled as the small bean popped up.

"It was hiding from us." Cheryl chuckled.

"Indeed it was. So, there's only one this time." He nodded.

"Oh okay." Toni smiled.

"You're 2 months along now, so tevery 5th of a month would make your next month." He smiled.

"Aww, look guys that's your brother or sister!" Toni pointed.

"It's so tiny..." Leilani whispered, holding her hand out to show how tiny it is.

"That's because it only go there 2 months ago." Toni explained.

"Okay." The small child said.

"Just until your out of the safe zone, keep it to yourself." He nodded, handing the printed out pictures.

"Got it." Toni smiled as she led her family out.

-------

Toni plumped down on the couch after reading the twins a book so they could nap.

"Soon it isn't going to be this quiet." Cheryl breathed out, laying her head on Toni's shoulder.

"I know, and I'm so ready." Toni chuckled, kissing her forehead.

Ahhhhhhhh
