Chapter Twelve

Momo's POV

I have a crush on Dahyun.

Oh my gosh.

I need help.

I think I'm being too obvious?

Or am I?

Do I really like her?

Her pale skin.

Her cute smile.

Her pretty eyes.

Her contagious laugh.

Oh my gosh, what am I even thinking?

Momo. You know? Fuck you.

I suddenly stared at the pale girl beside me who's busy chatting with the other girls. She noticed my gaze and stared back at me. A big smile immediately appeared on my face and she gave me one as well.

Oh shit, I really like Dahyun.

What the fuck am I supposed to do?

Chaeyoung's POV

"Yo, the food looks so good." Dahyun scanned the table full of food that Tzuyu ordered.

"Can I start to dig in?" Momo asked as she picked up her chopsticks.

"Sure." Tzuyu rolled her eyes at her.

I picked up my chopsticks and started putting food on Mina's plate first before putting food on mine.

She gave me a puzzled look. I just smiled at her cuteness and started putting food on my plate.

I think I'm starting to have a crush on Mina. Shit.

Mina's POV

I just looked down on my plate full of food now, thanks to Chaeyoung. She has been acting weird today. I decided to let it slide again.

"Chaeyoung's a nice person." Tzuyu suddenly muttered beside me.

"Oh uhm yes, she is." I smiled at her. "Do you like her?" I added. Tzuyu suddenly muttered Chaeyoung being nice, which is so weird not only for Tzuyu, but for anyone as well.

Tzuyu's eyes suddenly widened and shook her head.

"Fuck no, we have been buds since we were kids. I would never." She slightly laughed.

"Oops, wrong guess. I'm sorry yodaaa" I laughed. She just nodded as I sipped from my iced tea. After a few seconds, our laughter has finally died down and it was silent again.

"You're already liking her, aren't you?" She looked into my eyes with a serious expression.

I almost choked from the water as I placed my glass down on the table.

"Hey, are you alright? Calm down, the food won't run away" Chaeyoung suddenly chuckled beside me and slightly patted my back.

"Yeah yeah, I'm okay. Tzuyu just made a joke" I awkwardly cleared my throat and showed her a smile.

"You sure?" She asked once more. I just nodded.

"Okay then." She went back to eating her food and I looked at Tzuyu who's already smiling at me.

I mouthed a 'what' to her. She gestured her head on the girl beside me who just went back to eating, and gave me a thumbs up. I just scoffed and rolled my eyes at her as I went back to eating my food.

_ *few minutes later* _

"Shit, I'm so full." Dahyun rubbed her stomach.

"Yo, same" Chaeyoung sighed.

"The van is already outside. Let's go." Tzuyu stood up from her seat, and we all did the same. Oh by the way, Chaeyoung carried my bag for me again. We started to head out of the restaurant and hopped in the van.

I am on the window side. I plugged in my earphones and stared outside the window, listening to music. I felt someone taking my other earphone, I looked at Chaeyoung beside me and I pouted. She just giggled and mouthed sorry as she pinched my cheeks.

"You're forgiven, cub" I rolled my eyes at her playfully.

She patted her shoulder, gesturing for me to lay my head on it. I followed and we both stared outside the window while listening to tkm by Boypablo.

Slowly by slowly, my eyes started to droop and I fell asleep with Chaeyoung humming with the song while caressing my hair with her right hand.
