Chaeyoung's POV

"It's a secret." I winked at her. Mina groaned and pouted. She has been bugging me to tell her where we're going.

We just left the restaurant and now we're proceeding to our next destination; an arcade place that my uncle owns.

"Just a hint then, please?" She poked my dimple as I laughed at her. I squeezed her hand that's intertwined with mine and glanced at her with a smile.

"You haven't been there, that's one thing for sure." I looked back on the road.

"I swear I'm gonna die soon because of curiousity." She groaned again.

"Don't worry, we're gonna have a lot of fun." I assured her.

"How can you say so?" She tilted her head to the side.

"Because I know so." I winked.

"I trust you, Son Chaeyoung." She sighed in defeat. My right thumb started tracing small cirles on her left hand.

"Thank you, princess." I cooed.

Soon, a comfortable silence surrounded us. I can't help but feel giddy whenever I'm thinking of this angel beside me. I really can't believe she likes me. Like, bro. The Myoui Mina likes me?

I took a quick glance at her and smiled. She smiled back and I diverted my eyes back on the road hurriedly.

"Thank you for everything, Chaeyoung." Mina softly muttered.

"What do you mean, penguin?" I confusingly asked her.

"Thank you for making me happy. For teaching me to open up more, and for treating me like I'm someone special." She reached over and leaned onto my arm. Why does she have to be so damn sweet?

"Actually princess, you're the one whom I should be thanking." I paused and took a deep breath before continuing. "You are the one who made me realize that I should appreciate things more than how I usually do. You also taught me to spend my time wisely, by making others happy. Because once I see the people I love happy, I'm happy."

"Now I know why girls swoon over you." She playfully nudged me and sat up straight on her seat.

"I'm not kidding, Minari." I giggled. Everything I told her is true tho.

"I know, I guess I'm not used to Son Chaeyoung being serious." She snickered. "Just kidding cubby. I still want to thank you, tho." She added.

"You actually deserve more, princess." I smiled as we went back to being silent.

Mina's POV

Chaeyoung is such a sweetheart. Now I know why everyone admire her.

I looked down on our intertwined hands. A smile immediately crept onto my lips. How can I be so lucky? Like, seriously. She is an amazing person. Some people wanted to have her, while some wanted to be like her. She's an admirable person, indeed.

I sighed in satisfaction and diverted my eyes on the road in front of us. My eyes widened at the sight in front of us.

Wait.

I can see an arcade place from here!

"Cubby! An arcade place!" I exclaimed and pointed at it.

"Oh my gosh, really? Where is it?" She snickered.
