Hi fans! Finally got around to writing last night. I wanted to write an epic party, but on the low key, I had no idea how I would even begin to do so. So... this is what you got. Honestly, I don't like this chapter at all, but... I'll let you be the judge. Hope you enjoy anyways!

Adrianna took a drink from her energy drink before setting it on the table in front of her. It was early in the morning, and somehow everyone was still awake. Admittedly drinking it was the only way she was still awake. The surge of caffeine was keeping her going as her friends played mindlessly away on Guitar Hero, a game she hadn't played in years. She stared at the television as the colors flashed by on the screen. Right now, the twins were playing against each other, and it was admittedly the most intense battle anyone had thus far.

The girl leaned back against the back of the couch. There was no doubt about it. She was exhausted from the trip back. All she wanted to do was curl up in a little ball and sleep for days. Unfortunately, even if she had wanted to, there was no way she could fall asleep. Adrianna closed her eyes, trying her best to relax with all the noise and caffeine. Sadly, relaxing was not possible for her; the second she closed her eyes, one of the twins screamed at the other.

"You cheated!"

Adrianna rolled her eyes, sitting straight up again. She picked up her drink, taking another quick swig of it. She blocked the childlike, yet playful, argument between the brothers in front of her out as she felt Tom wrap his arm around her waist. Adrianna had been so tired she had forgotten he was sitting next to her.

"You feeling okay?" he asked her.

Adrianna shrugged. She felt fine. The girl was just on the verge of passing out from exhaustion at any moment. "Just tired."

"You know you don't have to stay up, darling," Tom assured. "You can go upstairs and try to sleep if you want."

Once again, Adrianna shrugged her shoulders. "I could, but would it really do me any good? I mean, you guys are playing Guitar Hero, and the girls are over there playing Apples to Apples. Both groups are obnoxiously loud. Going up there to sleep would be pointless. I'm sure the floors aren't sound-proof."

Tom frowned slightly, pulling his foot out from underneath Timber, who had been lying at his feet ever since they had sat down. "I suppose you have a point. Your efforts would be futile."

Adrianna rolled her eyes. "Tell me about it. I would just go upstairs, lie in bed, and toss and turn for the remainder of the night."

Tom gave her a sympathetic look. "Believe me when I say I had no intentions on turning this small get together into a huge party like this. I was planning something entirely different."

Adrianna raised an eyebrow, wondering exactly what Tom had meant by that. "Then what perchance is it that you had in mind?"

Tom scratched the back of his neck awkwardly. "I just wanted to sleep honestly."

"Honestly?" Adrianna questioned.

"Yes, honestly," Tom chuckled. "I'm being truthful. I wanted to come home, and sleep. But I get here, and these gits are in my house. And now here we are."

Adrianna sighed, leaning backwards again. If she didn't know Tom any better, she would've thought he was up to something when he said that this wasn't what he had in mind. Adrianna knew Tom respected her wishes, so the last thing she was worried about was him trying to put any moves on her. At least not now. She closed her eyes once again as her thoughts drifted off.

She felt herself lifted from the couch, causing her eyes to flutter open immediately. Tom had picked her up, holding her wedding-style in his arms. "Hey! All of you need to chill a bit. Adrianna is going to go get some rest."

"We're not being loud," Rupert protested.

Tom shot his friends a glare. "You're at an eleven, I need you at a three," Tom scolded. "Let the woman get some bloody sleep."

"Are you sure you want to go to bed, Dree?" Marisa asked from the other side of the room. "I mean, it's not too late to join the game, you know?"

Adrianna nodded. "Believe me. I would love to stay up, but I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to much longer. I'm surprised I've stayed up this late. I mean... seriously. It's three in the morning. This is way past my bedtime."

"Suit yourself," Valarie piped up. "See you in the morning then."

Without another word, Tom carried the girl up the stairs and to his room. He set her down on the edge of his bed before kissing her on her forehead. "Feel free to wear my pajamas," he stated.

"Oh, trust me, I was going to wear them if you said I could or not," Adrianna winked.

Tom laughed slightly, shaking his head. "You are something else, love. What would I do without you?"

Adrianna shrugged. "What you did before you met me?"

Tom took a seat next to her, putting his arm around her again. "I honestly don't think I remember what my life was like before I met you."

"How do you not remember?" Adrianna asked.

"I didn't mean like that, I just... I just don't know how I could ever go back to that. I love what I have now far too much to dwell on what happened, and even think about it," Tom explained. "I know we haven't been together that long, but... I definitely know that this is where I belong, where I'm the happiest."

A smile appeared on Adrianna's tired face. "You really mean that?"

"Of course I do, Dree," Tom assured her. "There's a reason I've been contemplating going to school instead of working all the time."

That was the first time Adrianna had heard him bring up going to school. She knew he had thought about it, but not that he seriously was contemplating it. Adrianna was actually pleased to hear it, though at the same time she certainly didn't want him giving up his career for her.

"Well I don't see why you couldn't," she answered him. "I just don't want you thinking that you have to go to school to make me happy. I mean, seriously... I know acting makes you happy. Don't quit if you don't want to, dear."

"Dree, it's not all for you," Tom said. "I mean... part of it is, and that's because I feel terrible about leaving you all the time. While I'm out shooting movies, you get to stay home and do your class work and clean fish tanks. How is that fair?"

"Life isn't fair, babe, and I'm okay with you going," Adrianna promised. "Yes, it does make me sad when you go, but it makes the time we spend together all that more precious."

Tom smiled. "I suppose you're right, darling. We'll talk about it more when you aren't already on the verge of sleeping, mmkay?"

Adrianna yawned. "Alright, alright."

Tom pressed his lips against hers, kissing her gently before saying, "Good night, Dree. I'll be up shortly, alright?"

Adrianna nodded. "G'night."

"I love you," he added as he stood up.

"I love you too." Adrianna watched as Tom walked away slowly, shutting the door behind him as he exited the room. Once the door was shut, she quickly raided Tom's dresser and put on a pair of his pajamas before curling up under the blankets. She was honestly surprised that Tom was thinking about going to school. She was anxious to talk about it more, but she knew in the long-run what he decided, it wouldn't matter. Adrianna loved Tom regardless to whatever he did for a living, and that's how it was going to stay. Almost as soon as Adrianna's head touched the pillow, she fell asleep, despite her friends still not keeping their volume in check on the floor below her.
