I see that a his friend noticed me while Nathan is taking at him animatedly and gesticulating. I tap on Nathan's shoulder and then when he turns he is literally speechless. "What?!" he literally screams opening his arms. I hug him and I think he is the only guy that still fresh in this club. "What are you doing here?" he asks and I step back. "I'm here with Scar's friends." I say while I look at his huge white T-shirt that reminds me the day that I wear his hoodie. His legs are wrapped in black skinny jeans and sand at his foots. "You look gorgeous." he says looking up and down at me. "You too!" I say over the music. He looks so happy to see me as I'm happy to see him. "Do you want to take a drink with us?" he asks looking at the bartender ready to order. I take his wrist. "No no, I already had two shoots and it's too much for my standards already." I say making him and his friends giggle. "Oh, he is Jack, Sterling, Arty, Joe and his girlfriend Alex." he says introducing his friends. "So nice to meet you guys. Hope you're enjoying London." I say shaking their hands while I can't get my eyes out from the girl of the group. "Yeah it's nice. It's less cold than New York for sure." Sterling says. He seems really outgoing. I like him. "Yeah I can imagine. We been to New York a couple of weeks ago." I say and they nods. "So... are you having fun?" Noah asks looking at my table. "I have to be honest? Not that much. They're playing "Truth or dare."" I say sighing. "Oh Gosh, the worst game ever." Alex says with her New York accent. "If you want you can come with us, we'll leave in an half hour and go to my apartment." Nathan propose me. He looks at me with his lips open. "I can't." I say. I can't walk away with them when I have Scar and Hero waiting for me.

He closes his lips and nods a bit disappointed . "Well, I tried." he says giggling and rising his big shoulders. "Okay, guys I'm gonna go. Have an amazing night!" I say hugging Nathan's shoulders while he is sit on the stool making me more easier to reach them. "Thank you, you too." Arty says while Nath lays his head on my shoulder. I look at him and smile and then I walk back to the table.
"Go kiss that brunette girl over there." Alex says looking at Felix. I sit and I already feel Scar's curious stare on me. "Did you got lost somehow?" Morgz asks getting closer to my ear. I giggle and then I look Hero and I caught him looking at me with the corner of his eye. Okay, he saw Nathan and it's annoyed. He licks his lips twice.
"So Chan I dare you to kiss Hero. The kiss has to be at least 10 seconds longer." and then everything stops. The music seems blurry, the people around seems to dance in slow motion. I turn on Hero's way and he is not saying anything! No no, if he is going to kiss her... I'm out. I'm not joking. He can't kiss her after what he told me. "Alright." Chanal says standing up from the couch and then go on the back of the couch. Hero is looking at her and then he leans back. My throat closes una a knot, my lungs just decide to stop working and my mind is fully blown. Maybe it's also the alcohol. I look at Scar panicking. He can't do this to me. Not right now that I really have feeling for him. He can't, not in front of me. Scar is looking at them a bit and then she turns in my way rising her hands powerless. "Ten seconda guys." the guy remembers and then Chanal leans down and placed her lips right on Hero's. Then the only sound I can't hear is the sound of my gasping breathe and if my tired heart. More than tired it's disappointed and hurt. My view gets blurred and then I look at my right so nobody can see my eyes full of tears. I look up trying to let them go to their place and then I force to myself to look at the scene because I don't want to let his friends think any kind of thoughts. So I look back at them and I can see the tongue caress his lips while his head still leaned back on the sofa back. His eyes closed are hurting me so much. It means he is really enjoying it.
So this is what it feels huh? I also never could experience this kinda of feeling. Of course I had some crush for some highschool guy and of course I got rejected but I didn't never was into a guy like this. I know it can sound so ridiculous. We know each other just from a bunch of weeks but he really got me. His tickling me made me discover more of him and change my mind but this is not acceptable. In my mind Scar loses every point that she has because this makes my theory right. He is just a playboy. He probably isn't into me because if he was he never could do this in front of me.
The pain grows ever second. It started from my stomach, then my chest and right after my throat. How I could be this stupid?
"Ten!!" Scar yells. I keep staring at his lips, the lips that made me feel the butterflies on my stomach days ago while they were dancing on mines. Finally Hero leans forward making Chanal stop kissing him. Everyone claps and I force myself to do the same . Fucking stupid. I'm not gonna fall ever again for a guy like him. Hero looks at me it's his bright pink lips and then I look away . Just the color of his lips hurts me.
"Guys I think we can continue celebrating at mine..." Felix says standing up. So everyone stands up while I really feel paralyzed. I force myself and I stand up because If I'll stay sit everyone is stuck at the table. So I stand up and let everyone get away from the table.
I'm not going to go with them. I'm going to take a taxi and go home. I'm not going to spend one more minute with him. It's better that he doesn't tries to even talk to me. "Jo are you alright." Scar asks caressing my arm when everyone are walking to the exit. "I'm not." I say with a cracked voice. "I'm sorry." she says and her eyes gets sad. "Don't worry I'll be fine. I'm not coming." I say looking around. "What? Are you staying here?" she asks alarmed. "No I'm joining to Nathan and his friends." I say and then she hugs me. "Alright, I can understand. I'm so's sorry Jo." she says before follow the group to the exit.
So I take a deep breathe and I try to delete the pictures on my head of them literally eating themselves and walk to Nathan that's already looking at me.

"Is the propose still valid?" I ask once to the bar counter. "Of course. Let's go." he says placing a banconote on the bar counter, he takes my hand and drives me looking at me multiple times through the sweaty bodies. Thank god he didn't asked me any questions about why I changed my mind.
While we're walking to Nathan's car I'm still thinking about why he did that to me. He knows perfectly that I have only him, Scar and Nathan. Why hurt me this bad? Why now that I was really changing my mind about him? "We don't fit all in a car." I let him notice. "Oh we will squeeze a bit." Nathan says still holding my hand and smiling at me kindly. His smile alleviate my pain.
How he gets to me every time that I need help or I need someone?
