Deep rumbling echoed throughout the battlefield and from her position in the sky, Artemis noticed movement through the blazing forest. "Uh, guys.. Please tell me you're hearing this?"

"What is it?" Steve asked worriedly.

"We're about to find out.." She replied as she watched the disturbance reach the edge of the tree line before it turned into vast moving mounds that easily bypassed the force field.

"What the hell is this?" Azar asked, noticing the mounds of earth as she blasted an Outrider.

All of sudden, threshers - with sets of massive, motorized, spiked wheels - emerged from the ground and began shredding everything in its path.

"Oh, come on!" The brunette groaned as she took to the sky, helping her sister, Sam and Rhodey take them out.

"Sam, Rhodey, focus your fire on the left flank." She said, firing a photon blast.

"We're doing it." Sam replied firing at a thresher with his guns, Rhodey doing the same.

"We can't find a weak point." Rhodey added.

Azar scoffed slightly with a small smirk. "Men." She muttered. "Shall we show them how it's done, Arty?" She asked.

"You bet." She could hear the smirk in her twin's voice.

The women met up and joined hands, doubling the severity of the photon blasts as they fired at the threshers.

"And that, gentlemen, is how it's done." Azar smirked.

"Forgive us for not having the cosmic, glowly stuff that you two have." The para-rescue said.

"Don't be bitter now, Bird Boy." Azar teased, Artemis shaking her head in amusement.

Natasha, with her escrima sticks, and Okoye, with her augmented spear, drifted together while battling against the Outriders

Natasha, with her escrima sticks, and Okoye, with her augmented spear, drifted together while battling against the Outriders.

The sound of the threshers caught their attention and both women cringed at their seemingly inevitable shredding.

But it never came.

They turned to see Wanda, eyes glowing red, as she lifted the threshers off the ground.

The Scarlet Witch glanced behind her to see that her allies have scattered and were replaced with charging Outriders, a perfect target.

Wanda brought her hands down, throwing it into the horde of aliens while Natasha straightened up with a pleased smile and Okoye with a look of amazement.

"Why was she up their all this time?" The general asked.

Not even a moment later, Sam's voice rang out over comms. "Guys, we've got a Vision situation here."

"Somebody get to Vision!" Steve ordered.

"I got him!" Bruce replied.

"On my way." Wanda responded but before she could even move, she was clobbered by Proxima Midnight's pommel causing her to roll down into a ditch.

Proxima jumped down next to her as she crawled, grabbing her by the shoulder and throwing her onto her back.

"He'll die alone. As will you." She said, emotionlessly staring down at the witch.

"She's not alone."

Proxima gritted her teeth and turned around to find Natasha behind her. She turned to the side to see Okoye brandishing her spear with the twins landing in front of her.

The four women nodded at each other before Proxima made her attack, leaping towards the Black Widow who blocked her advances with her escrima sticks that she had joined into a staff.

Okoye ran around the slope to attack from the front while the twins took the rear.

Proxima alternated heavy blows between her two opponents, before grabbing hold of Azar and throwing her into Artemis, the five just barely missing a single-wheeled thresher that tore overhead.

Using their distraction to her advantage, Proxima kicked Natasha in the face, sending her to the ground before grabbing Okoye by her shoulder and weapon, and throwing her into the twins as they got to their feet.

"I've had enough of this shit!" Azar yelled and made her advance, engulfing herself in cosmic energy as she dodged Proxima's blows.

The brunette punched Proxima across the jaw, dazing her, before disarming her of her sword.

But this only resulted in the alien taking to her bare fists, knocking Azar down and pinning her.

Proxima extracted a blade from her left arm's armour and made a move to stab the younger Danvers twin, who blasted the blade clean off.

The alien was soon engulfed in scarlet energy before she was tossed into the path of another passing thresher, dark blue blood splattering on the women below.

Azar sat up, a disgusted look on her face from the blood splatters on her forehead and cheek. "That's really gross."
