It was March 10.

Which meant that it was officially Bucky's 101th birthday and although she knew that he wasn't too big on celebrating his birthday, Azar had gone all out to make sure he felt special.

Knowing that they couldn't exactly leave Wakanda as they were fugitives, the brunette planned a special evening for her fiancée in the comfort of their little hut.

Using the advantage of Bucky taking a walk through town, she had begun prepping everything - from decorating, to preparing a special dinner to even baking a cake. She made a mental note to thank Shuri later for all the help.

As she took a step back, she looked at her handy work. Everything was in order, now all she had to do was wait for her fiancée to come home.

It wasn't long until Bucky returned and to his surprise, found the hut decorated as he walked inside

It wasn't long until Bucky returned and to his surprise, found the hut decorated as he walked inside.

He looked around at the black and white balloons scattered along the ground to the wall which had golden lettered balloons spelling out 'Happy Birthday' with fairy lights hung around it.

"Azar?" He called out slowly, breaking the silence as he searched for signs of the brunette but was met with a beautiful, soft, melodic voice singing 'Happy birthday' to him.

He stared at Azar as she walked towards him, a smile on her face while she held a cake lit with candles.

Although he never celebrated his birthdays, he was amazed at the amount of effort that she had put into this and that alone just made him love her even more.

He ran his hand through his hair and looked to the floor shyly, a smile creeping onto his face as she sang.

Azar stopped in front of him, looking up at him with a smile. "Happy Birthday, honey." She said softly.

Bucky smiled at her, placing his hand on her cheek. "Thank you, doll." He replied and pecked her lips gently. "But you really didn't need to do this for me."

"I wanted to and besides, it's not everyday you make it to your 101th birthday." She said and held the cake up. "Make a wish."

The soldier merely chuckled. "I don't have to." He answered and blew out the candles. "I've got everything I need."

The brunette giggled as a heated blush made its way onto her cheeks which cause the soldier to grin.

"I can't believe you made all this and in perfect Brooklyn style

"I can't believe you made all this and in perfect Brooklyn style." Bucky said as they had just finished dinner.

"Well since we can't go to Brooklyn like I had planned, I thought I'd bring a bit of Brooklyn here to you." Azar replied as she began clearing up their plates.

Bucky got to his feet and quickly wrapped his arm around her waist, staring down at her with nothing but adoration. "Thank you for all of this, doll." He said.

The brunette woman smiled as she stroked his cheek softly, moving a strand of hair away from his face.

"Anything for you." She replied and met him halfway as they shared a passionate kiss.

It started off slow before it grew heated by each passing second. Azar pulled away slightly, looking up at him through her long lashes.

"I have dishes to do." She whispered breathlessly.

"It can wait." The dark haired soldier replied as he moved them towards the bed, him sitting down and pulling her onto his lap.

"I just want you." He said with a low voice that sent shivers down her spine.

Their lips met once more, the kiss becoming even more passionate and heated than the one before.

Bucky gripped onto Azar's hip as she trailed her hands up his chest and wrapped her arms around his neck before finally, pushing him onto his back.
