The next morning I woke up feeling better than I did yesterday. I got out of bed and took a shower and did my morning routine and left the house around seven getting ready for the day ahead of me.

I walked in saying my greetings to my workers and got ready for the day.

As the day went by it finally came down to my lunch break. I got in my car ready to leave when I saw someone waving their arms around in the air. I stared closer trying to see who it was and realised it was.. Zayn?

I got out of my car and locked it again I began to make my way toward the fence.

"Hey." I said stopping, the fence as a barrier. "Uh hey, can we talk?" Zayn said combing his hair out of his face. I must admit Zayn is quite attractive but from the looks of it on Saturday night Maddie aleady called dibs.

"Yeah of course." I said walking towards the front gate. I made my way outside of the gate and greeted Zayn. "Is there any restraunts around here?" Zayn questioned walking right next to me.

I shrugged not really sure. "I think there's a Jack In The Box around the corner." Zayn nodded his head slowly.

"I.. I don't really know why I came here. I um, I saw what happened yesterday. And I know how Harry is." I stopped walking and looked over at him.

Zayn awkwardly stopped too and ran his hand through his hair. "Look let's just go get some food and talk." Zayn said. I nodded and agreed.

We entered the Jack and box and I noticed how empty it was.

"What do you want?" Zayn questioned. "Just a bacon cheese burger." Zayn nodded and ordered a shake as well. Zayn began to pay but I butt in with three doallars.

"What's that for?" "The money for my food." I stated. "Lacey I can pay for you." "No you don't need to do that." I said. "But I inisist." Zayn said smiling. I sighed but nodded.

I found a spot for us to sit and set our food tray down. I began sipping on my shake and looked up at Zayn. "As I was saying before, I know how Harry can be and I want to applogize." I slowly nodded not sure where he is getting at.

"Thanks.. I guess." "You seem confused." Zayn said calmly. "Did Harry send you here or something?" I questioned curious.

Zayn immideately shook his head. "No but I felt bad seeing you like that. And knowing that Harry did it. He just doesn't know what he says before-" "You don't need to give me a reason to why he said what he said." I said cutting Zayn off. "Yeah, but I could have stopped him from going on and on." Zayn said with sadness in his eyes.

I looked down unsure where this was gong. "I'm still not forgiving him." I mumbled. "And I wouldn't either. I'm just saying I'm sorry, for you know, not doing anything right away." "Well thank you." I said taking a bite out of my burger.

"So you have been friend's with the girl's for awhile. "Since highschool, but Tammy I only met this year." Zayn nodded his head. "They're a weird bunch." Zayn said smiling. I laughed but nodded. "Yeah but you've got to love them." Zayn nodded and agreed. "It's the same with the guys." I nodded understanding.

Zayn and I began telling stories of old memeroies of our friends.

"There was this one time last year, Niall got so wasted and began to pee inside the house and he couldn't stand up straight so he fell and peed on himself." Zayn said barely able to finish the story without laughing. I lauhged along too.

It surprised me on how nice Zayn was. With the type of group he hangs out with he is so genuine and caring. Everytime I talk he makes sure to be paying attnetion completely. And he's also such a great listener too. Maybe the rest of the guys aren't as bad as they seem to put theirselves as either.

I can't say the same for Harry though. He is proven to me that he is just a plain old dick.

"Well I hate to end this between us but my break is going to end in about ten minutes." I said finishing my shake.

"It's cool, it's cool." Zayn said smiling. We began to walk back to the base and make small conversation here and there. Once we made it to where the gates were we stopped and stared at each other.

"Well maybe we can do this again sometime. Like including the rest of our friends." "Of course." I said smiling. Zayn gave me a brief hug and I began to walk away.

"Oh and Lacey," I turned around. "Harry isn't as bad as a person he puts himself out to be."
