I got myself ready and ventured out from my workshop. Lala can be seen waiting for me outside. Just as we were about to say anything with each other, a small little fairy came by to visit us.
"Zenith was here all along! Recordia have been looking all over for Zenith." she cried.
She quickly flew past Lala as her tiny body hugged my left shoulder.
"What seems to be the problem, my dear Recordia?" I asked.
Lala then barged in and asked me, "Um...who is that?"
"Oh yeah. I figured at least White would have introduced her to you already. This is Recordia...She's uh...White's little friend."
"Oh, so she's a guardian spirit of some sort?"
"Ha ha, yeah." I laughed nervously as I tried to cover from the truth.
The fact of the matter was that Recordia is more than just a guardian spirit for White. You see, the Infinitum Crystals that White had ate happens to be coming from a great dragon. From what we have gathered so far, the dragon was a leader of some sort. During the Dragon Age, this dragon had a small little helper that it created just for the purpose of writing down history. Her name is Recordia and long story short, after several hundreds of years later, Recordia risen once again and went searching for her creator or father, in this case being White. Because he is now carrying the same life force as that one dragon. And that's the gist of it.
"She's so cute." Lala looked very excited just after seeing the fairly fluttery fairy.
With that being said...
"Why are you crying, Recordia?" I asked her one more time.
Recordia mumbled to us, "You see...Recordia had a dream. Where White was doing a lot of bad, nasty, things!"
"Nasty...?" I wondered.
She continued, "Zenith was also in the dream. Even Lala!"
Lala was surprised to hear that, "Sounds like a wild dream you had there, Recordia."
"It was scary. White was not White and everyone else tried to stop him." cried Recordia.
After that, I gently pat her head and assured her, "It's alright, Recordia. It was just a dream. Nothing much."
"But what if it's a vision?" she said.
Lala gave us her thoughts on that, "If its a vision then perhaps we should remain cautious of whats to come. We won't know if your dream could possibly be just a dream or a variation of what is to come in the future. Nobody can really predict the future, not even visions."
"Are you sure about that?" I wondered.
Lala replied, "Well...logically speaking, yes. Dreams can certainly be a tool to show the future but usually its always an exaggeration. It can't be exactly the same thing that's going to happen. It could be telling metaphorically. So you don't have to worry too much, Recordia."
"If that's the case then...okay... But...Recordia has another question. Do Lala and Zenith know where White is right now?" she said as she slowly flutter around us.
I told her, "We were just about to go and look for him. I thought you would be the one who would at least know of his location."
"Aren't you Guardian Spirits supposed to know where your masters are?" Lala suddenly asked.
I started to break a sweat as soon as I heard her say that. I quickly looked around all over the place to try and get some ideas.
I ended up with, "Recordia is special, Lala. Unlike any other Guardian Spirit. She's a bit...defective."
"Hey!" a gentle shout can be heard in the background.
I continued, "Thanks to...what I did to her a couple of months ago."
I tried to recall back the time when I actually tried to improve Recordia's speech pattern as well as her processing speed. It kinda worked out but that's not the problem that I'm facing at the time.
"Did you somehow broke her with your ability?" asked Lala.
I laughed nervously once again as I said, "Yeah...it was simple mistake. Thankfully she's not mess."
"Well, aside from that..." Lala was observing Recordia. "Her speech is actually cute. Talking in third person is not such a bad thing for a cute lovely creature as this." She began to caress her lovingly. "Maybe you can at least keep that as you try to fix her up?"
"Uh...yeah." I nodded.
Lala then suggested, "How about doing it now?"
"Like...right now?" I was clueless for a moment.
Lala demanded, "Well of course. We still need to know where White is, right?"
"Yeah, maybe I can try 'fixing' her." I grabbed the fairy asked her to rest her wings for a moment.
I put her down on a table nearby and began doing my work to fix her up. With a moment to focus on my energy, my vision was immediately changed as I can now see the Infinitum Energies that were moving all over Recordia. As I said, this is almost like what a mechanic would do. I have to tinker around with the wiring as well as connecting and cutting down the necessary parts using only my hands, of course.
Lala then suddenly asked as I was fixing Recordia, "Does it hurt while you are operating her?"
"Operating? No, this isn't a surgery but I can still make the same mistake as if its a real surgeon."
"What kind of mistakes could that be?"
Then I responded by saying, "Well, maybe a pinch or two. I'm kinda delicate in this so I'm not going to make a lot of mistakes."
"But what if you do make one major mistake?" Lala wondered.
"Then...the worst that could possibly happen is..." I tried to think and figured, "The Infinitum Energy would be cut off."
"You mean like...a sudden death?"
I lamented, "I don't know...I don't really want to know."
Lala then reconsidered, "Okay...I'm sorry about that, Zenith. Why don't you take a break first before you do this? You just done with your bombs a couple of minutes ago, right?"
"Yeah, I guess so..."
I decided to take a short break as the mood suddenly went a bit awry thanks to how sensitive I was. I didn't know I was that sensitive to such a topic. But there it was. But for real, thinking back, what I'm doing can also be considered like a surgery of some sort. One major mistake and there will be potential of sending them 6th feet under. Honestly speaking, I'm getting a lot more worried now that I had time to clear my head. I'm really worried especially for White. I hope he is alright out there...
