III - Supreme

This morning I made sure I had the right directions to the academy.

I also made sure I went earlier than yesterday. I didn't want to be heading to school in Altheo's car anymore.

For some reason people can't keep their eyes off of me whenever I'm with the lycans. Sure they're lycans but it's not like they're some sort of celebrity.

James didn't come to class today. I'm guessing it had something to do with yesterdays events.

I prepared myself to pay attention since James wasn't here to distract me. But ended up I scribbling on my notebook. I tried drawing James but it ended up looking like a pot plant.

"Its not even close to a pot plant. More like a...window" Azula comments.

Portraits aren't my thing.

"Clearly."

"Can I sit here?" I look up and see a girl with curly brown hair.

She doesn't even wait for my answer and takes a seat next to me. A little too close for my comfort.

I try to shuffle away but she scoots closer.

"Athena right?" Atleast she got my name right.

I smile and nod.

"I'm Chloe Clemont"

"Hey you're a pretty good artist. It's a cute looking...uh bear." She says.

I sigh and hide my notebook away.

For someone who majored in the artistic areas, I can not draw anything off the top of my head from memory.

"So how do you know James?" Chloe asks out of the blue.

"Oh uhm.. I met him when I first came here?" I answer.

"Well I've known him since kindergarten, we basically grew up together." Chloe says and my mouth turns into the shape of an O.

"So you must be friends with Lea and the others too then?" I add.

She laughed nervously and shook her head. "I wish I-"

"Athena!" I straighten up instantly.

"Mr Ramirez!" The teacher yells. I look over to the person who screamed my name.

Altheo.

"What could you possibly need that requires you to disrupt my lessons?"

"If you must really know Mrs Olleson. I am here for my dear friend Athena. " He says looking over to me giving me an innocent smile, showing of his perfect teeth.

I make a confused face. Telling him to go away with expressions. Of course he ignores this and walks up to me.

I lay my head on the desk, ignoring him as I stare ahead to the front of the room. I watch as Altheo lowers down to me. Making a v with his hands and resting his head inbetween.

"Athena, darling." He says. I scrunch my eyebrows together in distate, staying silent.

"Hi Theo." I look over to chloe.

I thought I was right to assume she was friends with the lycans but Altheo's face had proved me otherwise.

"Uhm hey.. clarissa?" Theo replies with disinterest.

"It's actually Chloe." She noted.

"Right.. anyways Athena darling, I need you to come with me for a moment." Theo returns his attention back to me, but I don't even think it ever wavered.
