"Hi Minie hyung. I'm so sorry it took me this long to come here again. It feels like just yesterday we went shopping for new clothes for me. I miss you so much hyung. Our Joonie is a little man now and he has a little mini you for a sister. We named her after you."
Seokjin laughed softly, thinking about their daughter, Jimin.
"She's a plump little mochi and she loves hyungie the most. I know if you were here, you would be spoiling her like crazy and pinching her plump cheeks. They remind me of you."
Seokjin smiled sadly as he sat more comfortably on the ground.
"Hyungie is waiting for me in the car. We actually got married yesterday. After so many years, I finally found the courage to face all my demons and love him the way he deserves. I could never have done any of these without you hyung. You always believed in me. You gave me every opportunity to improve and love myself. I miss you so much hyung. I wish you were here. I love you so much hyung."
Seokjin cried without reservation now. He covered his face with both his hands until he felt a pair of firm hands on his shoulders. He didn't need to look up to know it was his husband Jungkook. He woke up and hugged him tightly, while his husband stroked his back soothingly.
"I'm sorry hyungie. I-I just miss him so much."
"I miss him too baby. Everyday."
He held onto his husband for a little while longer before they both made their way back to their car. As Jungkook drove them to the airport, Seokjin thought on the events of yesterday. Wonwoo had really tried his best to sabotage everything but the Jeon's were a powerhouse and he had miscalculated their loyalty to their family.
They had successfully implemented damage control with the media and an embarrassed and humiliated Wonwoo, had been taken to jail where even his own family had abandoned him. He was charged with assault and detained. Being friendless and facing the wrath of the Jeon family had taken its toll on him. He had tried to commit suicide but his attempts were foiled by the authorities.
On the suggestion and appeal of both Jungkook and Seokjin, Mr Choi had relented and agreed to enlist him into a treatment center so he could get the necessary help in facing his addictions and obsessions. The charges were reduced and he agreed to go into therapy.
As his husband held his hand and raised it to his lips, Seokjin reciprocated the adoring eyes and sweet smile that were bestowed upon him. He smiled shyly as his husband kissed each finger and glanced at him while he drove. Seokjin's mind travelled back to their wedding ceremony that was so badly interrupted.
Flashback
"Please hyung, I don't know if I can do this! I'm having second thoughts after everything," Seokjin groaned terribly.
He was standing in his new clothes that Taehyung had been able to conjure up for them all. He twirled in them and huffed irritably.
"Please Jinnie, you know you're absolutely gorgeous. Personally, I think these were way better options than your previous suits. And you got this sweetheart. Jungkook is everything you've ever wanted. He loves you," Taehyung said, hugging his friend from behind.
