"You're...here...again."
You looked at the pale, young man with very, very long hair that is currently laying on his bed. No, he's always in this room, stuck up. Even though you know the reason behind this, that he was locked up here because he unconsciously absorbs mana from other people, you're still hanging with him.
You have no magic at all, like Asta, so no worries.
"I'm going to clean your room so shoo, shoo!"
You waved at the piece of cloth you're holding while you pointed the broom at him. He's not weak, seriously. He has full control over the whole Black Bulls' Headquarters so he's not just an easy pie. You just can't get why he was always staying here. You mean, he can at least go somewhere which isn't crowded. Like a field, etc.
"You're...shooing me...away...from my...room." Why is he so slow-talking?!
"Because I told you I'll clean!"
"Where...can...I...stay...for...now?"
An idea suddenly popped up on your mind as you mentally got excited! This day is going to be fun!
"Fine, fine. Stay on your bed for now. Just, cover your nose because it'll get dusty."
Henry nodded like a little child before laying on his bed once again. You can't help but smile while you're cleaning his room. He needs to explore the beauty of the outside world too sometimes! Good thing you have no magic so you can hang out with him anytime you want.
After hours of cleaning, you tidied yourself before coming back to his room again.
Finally, his room is brighter than before. You even changed the curtains! Now, it looked more like a room, not a trash bin. Sitting beside him, you tapped him on the shoulder. Seriously, why does he always look so sleepy?
"Henry! You go change your clothes!" You were cheering like a child who's about to go to a carnival.
"We're going somewhere!"
"You...know...that...I...cannot...go...outsi—"
"Ugh! Seriously? Trust me, you don't have to worry about you absorbing other people's mana. Just hurry and take a bath! You stink!"
Pouting, Henry slowly rose from his bed, heading towards his bathroom. You, on the other hand, opened his terrace, letting the cold breeze enter his secluded room. It smells so nice. You hate to admit it, but Henry's your crush. Even though he looks so weak, he's not! And he's super kind and humorous that's why you enjoy chatting with him. You heard him got out of the shower that's why you never tried to look behind you.
You're pretty sure he's still topless!
"Uh...I'm...ready...Y/N."
Turning around, you saw him on a polo shirt with a cravat paired with black bottoms and plain shoes. But all in all, he's super cute. It's just that his hair is so messy. Grabbing a brush from his nightstand, you mentioned him to sit while you start fixing his hair. It's so hard to comb it at first, obviously, because it's too tangled. Afterward, you ponied it to finish the look.
He's super adorable you can't help but smile.
"Let's go!"
Of course, you already asked for Captain Yami's permission that's why the other members locked themselves in their rooms first so the both of you can exit the headquarters peacefully. Quietly walking to the forest, no one made a move to talk. After all, you just love looking at Henry who's very mesmerized by his environment at the moment. You planned to go to the fields, not too far from your hideout.
At least, he can see the beautiful flowers you were taking care of without any worries. This time, nothing is holding the two of you back. When you came to your destination, his eyes were shining. He's too surprised to move at first, knowing that this is his first time seeing a wonderful place like this.
"Like it?"
You crossed your arms in front of you before looking at him. He smiled before hugging you. Of course, you're too shocked to move. A crimson blush crept on your face, signaling how flustered you are at the moment.
"Thank you for this, Y/N. I mean it from the bottom of my heart."
You laughed. "I knew you can talk normally!"
Hugging him back, you smelled his perfume. You squealed mentally, like a fangirl who just met his idol.
"Henry, I—"
"Y/N, I like you."

"Y-You like me? Henry?"
Letting go from his embrace, you stare at his very wonderful features. He nodded like a baby before kissing the top of your head. His touch is so warm, calming. His kiss, it's so soothing. Tears fell from your eyes, hugging him tighter this time.
"I feel so free when I'm with you. Thank you for staying by my side. And even if we lost our minds and we took it way too far, I know we'd be alright because you're with me."
"I like you too, Henry. Very much."
"Take me to places, manipulate my decisions, I don't care. Just don't let go of my hand, Y/N."
"I promise. I will never ever let go."
He wiped your tears before caressing your soft cheeks. You too cute for his own good. Unable to control yourself, you leaned in for a quick kiss.
"Oh my, I remembered I brought some snacks! They're getting cold!"
Laughing like crazy, you shyly averted your gaze from Henry as you picked up the basket from the grass. He helped you with preparing the picnic blanket, setting the foods you brought. The both of you spent the day together, playing different games and talking about each other's lives.
Henry didn't get too many stories to tell because he's always in his room but starting from this day, you promised that you'll make more memories with him.
