"I'm disappointed in you, Venus."

The girl spun around, seeing the man she never would've thought she'd see again. "Dad?" She didn't care that he floated Alex Murphy, she didn't care he let her mum float, she didn't care he locked her up and sent her down to Earth. She just ran to him and hugged him. "Oh, dad, he's gone! John's gone!"

"I know...you couldn't save him."

Venus pulled away from him and frowned. "What?"

"He was counting on you to stop Bellamy. He counted on you to save him, they all did. You couldn't do it. I'm so disappointed in you. I'm about to become the Chancellor, and my own daughter can't even keep her 100 people together. I expected better from a Kane."

"Dad, I tried." Why was he saying all these things? She felt like throwing up. Tears stung her eyes but she tried to keep it together.

"You didn't try hard enough, Vee."

She spun around as she gasped, seeing Murphy walk up to her. "John?"

"You didn't save him." Atom appeared beside him and Wells on his side.

"I was trying too. I couldn't do it. I'm sorry."

"You say that to yourself a lot."

Venus turned and her breath hitched. "...Blaire."

"I die and you what? Kill someone? Your mum didn't raise you to do that."

"He killed you...he was going to hurt that girl next door. I saved her, Blaire."

"Two wrongs don't make a right." A man appeared beside Blaire and she shuddered. It was the guard she killed.

"You're absolutely right, Tom." Blaire told him. He smiled at her, draping his arm over her shoulder.

"No..." Vee backed away. "No, this is all wrong." She walked into Murphy and he shoved her down.

"You need to do better or you're going to kill all of you're friends and everyone will hate you. You'll die alone, Venus."

She covered her ears with her hands and shook her head. "This is all wrong. It's all wrong!"

Vee was surprised she had slept the previous night. It wasn't a good sleep, far from it, but it was something. Even so, she woke up that morning, annoyed at everyone except for a very few select.

When she first opened her eyes and recognised Murphy's tent, she rolled over to make a joke to him about how he had finally gotten her in his bed. He, of course, wasn't there, and she was stuck staring at the empty space beside her until she was called out by Octavia.

Her eyes landed on Bellamy and all she could see was him kicking the wood. He hung her best friend and banished him and he still tried bossing her around.

Monty was in the drop ship at the time, Jasper and Octavia tried to stop it. Finn had helped Murphy immediately. She felt like they were her only friends in the camp. Everyone else either watched or joined in, and as for Clarke...well, she started it.

Venus could really do with a talk with Wells, maybe even Atom. She didn't know whether or not she'd she Murphy again, but one thing for she knew for sure, she hated Earth.

"Hi Venus."

Vee looked down, and smiled. "Hi Melanie."

The little girl looked down, kicking her feet in the dirt. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah...yeah, I'm-"

"I'm sorry about your friend. I heard what happened. That's not very nice."

"Oh..." Vee took a deep breath and knelt down. "Look, Mel, people do bad things sometimes, but it never should've gone so far, you're right it's not very nice. But, I'll be okay. I will. I'm just glad you weren't there to see it."
