Rescue Mission

"Hey Clarke!" Venus limped over to her friend after leaving Murphy. "How'd it go? I don't see any food."

"It went horrible. We're missing Japser."

"What? What happened to Jasper?"

"We were attacked, he got hit with a spear." Venus went wide eyed. She didn't even know how she was meant to respond to that. "We're not alone in this world, Vee, which is why we're heading out to find him, right now!"

"Alright count me in!" She said. "I'll get some things and meet you at the gate in 5." She didn't even wait for her answer before she left the drop ship to find Murphy but realised Clarke was also heading the same way.

"You can't come, Vee."

"Excuse me?"

"Your leg."

She scoffed. "I'm fine, Clarke." As if to disprove her point, her leg buckled under her and she stumbled forwards. Clarke grabbed her and gave her a look. Venus knew what that look meant. It meant Clarke was just proven right and she was never going to let her come.

"You could've been killed!" The heard Bellamy's voice say as they approached his tent. They assumed he was talking to Octavia.

"She would've been if Jasper didn't pull her out." Clarke butted in.

"You guys leaving? I'm coming, too." Octavia tried to stand but Bellamy instantly pushed her back down.

"No, no. No way. Not again."

"He's right. Your leg's just gonna slow us down." Clarke told her. "I'm here for you." She turned to Bellamy.

"Clarke, what are you doing?" Wells asked.

"I hear you have a gun." Not even hearing Wells, she stared coldly at Bellamy.

He stared at her for a moment before he lifted the end of his shirt revealing a gun. Venus frowned. "Where the Hell did you get a gun?"

"Good. Follow me." Clarke started to walk off only to be stoped by Bellamy who ignored Venue's question.

"And why would I do that?"

"Because you want them to follow you, and right now, they're thinking only one of us is scared." Bellamy looked like he was considering it for a second.

"Murphy. Come with me. Atom? My sister doesn't leave this camp. Is that clear?"

"I don't need a babysitter." She argued.

"Anybody touches her, they answer to me!"

Atom nodded in understanding as Bellamy walked off with Clarke and Murphy waited for Vee to follow. "I'm being forced to stay behind." She told him.

"That's a good idea." He started to walk off and she sighed. Octavia went to walk away but was stopped by Atom's voice.

"You're staying here!" He told her.

"I'm gonna make your life a living hell." She said angrily storming off into the drop ship. "Come on, Vee!"

Venus laughed and shot Atom an apologetic look before hurrying to catch up with Octavia. Thing is, she knew how annoying Octavia could be and now poor Atom was stuck looking after her.

Despite being disappointed she couldn't help save Jasper, Venus was having an okay time with Octavia. They were both annoying the Hell out of Atom. She finished laughing at whatever Octavia had said when she noticed Finn sneaking out.

"Hang on, O, I'll be back." She stood, making her way over to Finn, not hearing Octavia's goodbye. "Finn, hold up!"

He turned to her and slowed so she could catch up. "You alright?"
