New Girl

Chapter 2

Nicole woke up with her leg thrown over Daryl's leg. She poked at his cheek, "Wake up Daryl we have to get checked out." She smiled as Daryl opened his eyes. Nicole tapped on Carl's shoulder, "Wake up boy we have to go." She squealed. Carl groaned sleepily, "Okay, okay I'm up." He spoke. "I was sleeping."

"And now you're not." Nicole grinned. Carl rolled his eyes and smirked. Daryl got everyone checked out while Nicole and Carl waited in the car. Carl's phone dinged. "Oooo is that your girlfriend?" Nicole joked, poking at Carl's ribs. Carl got red in embarrassment and laughed. "Yes it was." he smiled. Nicole tried to take Carl's phone but he was too quick. Carl checked his phone.

Megan: Good morning love ❤

Carl: Good morning ❤❤ I'm here. I got here last night, just checked out of the hotel.

Megan: Yay! I can't wait to see you!!

Carl: Heading your way now princess my friend is dropping me off.

Megan: See you soon ❤

Carl: ❤❤❤

"Hey Daryl can you drop me off at Megan's?" Carl questioned. "Yeah kid. Where to?" Daryl said. "Just around the corner." Carl spoke. "It's not too far." Daryl drove Carl to Megan's house. Nicole jumped out of the car and wrapped Carl in a tight hug. "Take care of my best friend!" Nicole called out to Megan as Carl stepped onto her porch.

"I will." Megan promised. Nicole smiled, "I like this one" she said to herself. "Okay let's get to our new house bubba." Nicole told Daryl. Daryl drove them to their new house and he parked in the huge driveway. "Wow! It's huge! It's so beautiful lets go inside." Nicole beamed. Daryl and Nicole spent the whole day unpacking.

"Okay finally I think it's time for bed." Nicole yawned.

"I agree" Daryl stretched as he yawned.

Daryl went to his room downstairs and Nicole went to her room upstairs and both went right to sleep making sure to get plenty of sleep. They had a big week ahead of them Nicole will be starting her senior year somewhere new.
