15 : His Past #1

Soobin was staring at her, while his left cheeks resting on his palm, daydreaming about the girl he likes...

while sinking deeper to his own thoughts, she seemed to noticed that there's someone staring at her, so she looked around until she met Soobin's gaze.

Soobin's eyes widened and looked away furiously, surprised because of the sudden eye contact with his crush.

"Aish! Did she saw me?" Soobin asked himself, he can feel his face heating up in embarrassment, while covering his face with a book, then slowly peeking just to see if she's still looking at his direction.

Soobin removed the book from his face as he noticed she was no longer there in her position just a moment ago.

"Where is she?" He mumbled while looking everywhere to find her.

"Are you looking for me?" Soobin's body froze like frozen meat when he suddenly heard that familiar voice coming from behind him.

He cleared his throat nervously before slowly turning his back to face the girl he always wished to talk to, but his coward self is stopping him.

Before she can heard his answer, Soobin sprinted towards the school's quadrangle faster than a marathoner.

And that left her speechless and puzzled. She was about to leave as well and just let Soobin run away from her, but she stopped when she saw Soobin's  book still on top of the table.

"Is this his?" She mumbled while looking at Soobin who's now still running away from her.

"Sht, where is my book!?" Soobin creased his forehead while searching inside his bag, trying to remember something if where he did left his book.

"I only borrowed it from my brother! He will definitely kill me!" Soobin bursted out, still concentrating on finding the book.

He tried searching inside his locker, but still no sign of the book.

"Is this what you're looking for?" A female voice interrupted him from searching, Soobin know that voice, that exact voice he always wants to hear.

Again, he cleared his throat nervously, even clenching his fist hoping it will stop his heart to beats so fast because he's scared that she might hear it.

He slowly turned and saw his crush smiling widely at him while lending him his book, before shortly saying "Here"

"T-thank you" Soobin cursed himself mentally for stuttering infront of her.

Soobin looked around, finding a way how to ran as fast as he can to get away from her. But it was a cornered situation.

"May I know why you ran away from me earlier when our eyes met?" She asked shyly while awkwardly smiling at him, never knew how much that smile made Soobin's heart melt.

"A-ahmm....." Beads of sweats starting to form on his forehead, while his hands are shaking while wiping it.

"Nature called! Hehehe" Soobin answered while a small fake laugh came out from his lips.

Her eyes squinted, but soon enough she laughed so much because of it, which made Soobin a bit uncomfortable seeing his crush laughing because of him.

Soobin's cheeks heated up mixed of embarrassment and bliss. Embarrassment because of what he said, bliss because he's now talking to his crush personally.

"By the way, what is your name? I'm seeing you around school, but I don't really know your name"  She asked awkwardly while scratching her nape.

"M-me? I-I'm Soobin"  he answered back while a shy smile crept on his face which made her smiled back.

"Hi Soobin! I'm y/n----"

"I know" Soobin said while shyly looking down even if he's a 6 ft giant.

y/n just smiled at him, even tho she's a bit puzzled on why he knows what her name is.

Soobin was about to speak, and tried to make the conversation longer, but they both looked at the same direction when someone shouted Soobin's name.

"Soobin!"

A tall guy ran towards them as a handsome smile crept on his handsome face, this guy is also as handsome as Soobin, but not as much as taller than him.

The time he reached Soobin and y/n, the time Soobin realized it was his older brother.

"Hey! Whoa---- who's this pretty girl infront of you Soobin?" His brother asked while staring at y/n,

y/n just smiled at the oldest, and bowed at him politely.

"My name's y/n" she answered while still smiling.

Soobin saw how his brother stared at the girl that he likes, how his brother's eyes twinkle just by seeing y/n. And viceversa.

Soobin knew, Soobin had the hint. But he prefer not to meddle with things up....

"Yeonjun-hyung...." Soobin called his brother.

And this is how it all began, how the girl that I liked fell inlove with my brother.... not knowing what will about to welcome her in my brother's obsession.
