A week had passed since Yeonjun and Soobin had a conversation about something only both of them knew. Ever since then, Soobin didn't saw Yeonjun or saw him making a move for him to successfully take back what's originally his. However, that one week silence doesn't seemed to satisfy and make Soobin at ease. Because he knew that that silence means there's something more to come. Worst than he think.
It was a cloudy day, rain is for sure coming or worst, a storm. All of them had to force themselves to get out of bed and attend to school even if they don't want to. Especially, Huening Kai who have to retake a quiz because he just ended up failing it and didn't reach the passing score.
"Aish! Only one point! Just one mistake!!!" he yelled in despair at the backseat, hitting Taehyun's arms as much as he can to lessen the hatred and grudge he's feeling over a one point he needed to reach the passing score.
"Actually, it's 2 points. Because the failing grade should supposed to be 50 and below. And you only got 49 so you need 2 points to get 51" Taehyun corrected which made Huening Kai only bursted out in anger as he smack Taehyun's head even painful, but thankfully, Taehyun dodged it as he have fast reflexes.
Beomgyu laughed while watching the two fight again for the nth time, he also thinks that the day won't end without him seeing them fighting. While y/n on the other hand was watching them in the rear view mirror of the car, sitting on the passenger seat beside Soobin who's currently driving.
"That's fine Huening Kai! All human can do mistake sometimes" Beomgyu said while shrugging, thinking that what he said was enough to calm Huening Kai down.
Huening Kai stopped from hitting Taehyun any further once he heard what Beomgyu said, trying to calm him down by telling him something that could comfort him. Beomgyu seemed to be a cautious person with a cold hearted personality, but it seems like the first impression they've seen on him was all wrong.
"But we're demons" Taehyun added while shifting his eyes to the left to look at Beomgyu who now have a triumphant smirk.
"Exactly. I don't really know why you even failed the quiz. I thought demons are supposed to be smart ones" Beomgyu teased even more with a smirk and teasing laughter he made to insult Huening Kai even more, which he obviously succeeded once Huening Kai turned his anger on Beomgyu but Beomgyu doesn't seem to flinch nor be afraid to that young demon beside him.
"Choi damn Beomgyu!!! I'm gonna kill you---" huening kai grabbed Beomgyu's collar which just made Beomgyu laughed and made Taehyun looked at them with his infamous blank poker face. But Huening Kai didn't got the chance to finish his sentence when y/n said, "no one is perfect. Even demons"
