Chapter 4: The Cullens

"Bella!" I screamed form the kitchen. "Are you ready?"

I was eating breakfast while Bella was still in her room preparing for her first day. She wasn't excited. She thinks being the new girl, in the middle of semestre it will be the center of attention in school. Well, I can agree to that. Last week I heard Eric say something of Bella being the newspaper's front page.

I didn't say anything to her about the newspaper but I'm sure she will hate it.

When Bella came downstairs, dad already left to work. She ate her breakfast and I went to my bedroom to get some school stuff.

We went a bit earlier to school because Bella needed to go to the Front office to get her schedule and some informations.

" so dad drives you every day to school?" She asked me, in the way to school.

" Drove. Yes and sometimes I use my bike or walk to school when the weather is good"

"Oh well, now you have me"

"Way better" we both smiled.

Bella parked in a spot in the middle of the parking lot. Near Tyler. I never liked it him so much, he was kind of a ladies man, I didn't like it. But he was kind of Mike's and Eric's friend.

I went to the front office with Bella then I saw Eric coming up to us and I knew that he was going to start his little interview. We were passing the block where my art class was going to be.

"Hey! my class is here can you go to your class by your own?" I asked Bella.

" yes, you can go, thanks." She said.

I kissed her on the cheek and then I entered the block. I could see Eric was already starting to talk to her.

At lunch, Bella and I sat on the table with Jessica, Mike, Eric, Angela, Jennifer and Chase. The normal but with Bella. Since the start of the year me, Chase and Jennifer started hanging out a lot with their siblings and their friends. We all have a good friendship, even if some off us are siblings or from another year. Now, I have my sister here too.

Bella already knew Jessica and Mike, because they met on gym class I think. So Jessica was already talking excitedly with my sister. Bella somehow change Eric's mind about the article of the newspaper so we were gathering ideas for a new article.

Then the Cullens arrived at the cafeteria.

My sister looked at them. Then she looked at me.

"Who are they? " Bella said.

"The Cullens." Angela said, answering for me.

"They are Dr. and Mrs. Cullen foster kids." Jessica said.

"They moved here from Alaska in like two years ago" Jennifer said.

"They kind of keep them for themselves" I said.

"Yeah because they are all together. Like together together." Jessica continued. "The blond girl, that's Rosalie, and the big dark-haired guy, Emmett, they're, like, a thing. I'm not even sure that's legal."

"Jess, they are not even related" Angela said. Bella locked at Rosalie and Emmett.

" yes. but they live together, it's weird" Jessica answered. " The little dark-haired girl is Alice. She's really weird and she's with Jasper the blonde one who looks like he's in pain."

" dr. Cullen like this foster dad slash matchmaker" Jennifer said.

" maybe he will adopt me" Angela said in a funny way.
