A/N: If you have a male MC and see my imagines and getting annoyed that I never/haven't yet written anything for male MC's, it's because I have only played as female MC's mainly in the books I have played and wouldn't want to write something that made no sense in the way it reads to a male MC player. In the future I will try to write for male MC's but first I would have to play as them in a few stories. I hope you understand and enjoy this fiction nonetheless :)

TW// Mentions of physical and emotional abuse. If you are easily triggered by this stuff, then I would recommend either skipping it or not reading this fiction any further. If it helps, it's starts when you (MC) start shouting at Oliver.. Oliver also inflict temporary harm on MC at her request, so his father doesn't beat him any further. Please know that he regrets every action he takes through this part of the fiction and it is very brief.

It was your 23rd day of being stranded on the beach as consequence from being thrown off the damnation for putting the crew in danger. Many of the crew told Robert he was being too harsh as it truly was an accident, they had helped plan the rescue mission you were going to undertake to get Edward back. But regardless Robert wanted you off ship, it was thanks to Charlie and Maggie that you had been given the opportunity to disembark from the ship yourself instead of just being thrown into the middle of the ocean like Robert wanted. In the past few weeks, you had roamed the island to see if you were alone, scavenged all the food you could find close to where you had set up camp and gone fishing in the ocean with your bear hands. You'd also sent smoke signals from your camp fire and made a massive 'help' sign made from branches, twigs and vines, which you had burnt in hopes of raising alarm from a passing ship but you'd had no luck, All you had now was the firewood for your campfire and 'HELP' written in rocks, stones and shells you had collected written on the sand in hopes somebody would see it. But all too quickly 10 more days past and the weeks soon turned into roughly 2 months. You had run out of food on the tiny island and were now relying solely on you fishing abilities.

One day as you were coming back up for air you heard distant shouts and tried to find the direction of which they were coming from. "A mermaid Carlos! I swear I saw one!" a male voice shouted, "Mermaid?! You're out of you mind Benjamin. They're nothing but a fairy-tale character!" whom you assumed to be Carlos shouted back at him. "Lieutenant, can we get closer please? I'd love to see it up close!" the voice you now identified as belonging to Benjamin shouted out. You rolled your eyes then took a deep breath before diving under water to try and capture a fish. As you came back up for more air, you saw the ship was getting closer so you thought it best to leave the ocean for now and swam back to land and stood on shore ringing the water out of your hair lying on your blanket made from woven together leaves to dry off underneath the Caribbean sun. You heard the people aboard the ship shouting as the ship docked and they moved around deck trying to witness the mermaid. Meanwhile one very stoic faced man stood at the bow of the ship staring in your direction, squinting as if he was trying to see something. When nobody was looking he grabbed his spyglass and looked through it in you direction, smiling slightly when his suspicions where confirmed. He put is spyglass away and went to disembark but stopped himself as he neared the side of the ship to deploy the ramps. While he hesitated you turned over, facing your back to the sun in order to warm up and dry properly.

You got comfortable and started falling asleep when you heard footsteps stop beside you in the sand. Not moving a muscle, you slowly opened you eyes and waited for something to happen. Your heart beating out of your chest "Just kill me already or whatever it is you want to do" you thought to yourself as you were laying there. But nothing happened, instead you heard a familiar smooth voice "Miss... Bellamy?" it said softly, and you slowly turned your head in the other direction and looked up. "Ollliver?" you questioned , thinking you were hallucinating. "You uh... you seem comfortable out here?" he said with a confused tone and look on his face. It was then your eyes went wide and you felt mortified. You were laying on a beach naked in front of a Royal Navy Lieutenant and his fellow officers. "Shit!" you cursed under your breath and slid your hands under the leaf blanket, closing your eyes and rolling over so you could get up and to your clothes. After you were dressed appropriately you faced Oliver, "What're you doing out here?" you asked him as you sat on a log. He sat opposite you "I could ask the same of you" he smiled softly as you locked eyes for a brief moment. You chuckled and looked at your burnt-out fire and sighed, silence hanging between you. "I got kicked of the ship." You finally spoke, "Why?" he asked. "Well I told you didn't I? Your father isn't who you think he is. He used me and Edward as bait to sink Poseidon's Revenge just like I said he would. Shot straight at it with his canons. Whole ship and a crews whole life gone. Just like that. Then I stupidly jumped in to save the crew as it was already too late to get them to turn around. And now your father's off trying to find some compass with Edward aboard his ship who, he's most likely enjoying torturing. Whilst the rest of the crew I was with try to beat him to the compass and stop him from taking it. But We almost got Edward back you see. Though your father saw us coming on board the damnation and started readying his canons to shoot at that. It's only because my leadership skills we got out unharmed but because I put everyone in harms way. I'm here. So tell me now. Why are you here?" you spoke coldly, Oliver's face falling more and more at every mention of the misery his father was currently causing because he believed you and somehow knew every word was true. "Miss Bellamy I- I'm so sorry that he-" Oliver started speaking shakily, "Save it. Unless you prove you different by your actions, your just as bad as your father." You snapped. Mad at the fact you'd failed your whole crew. Not just Once but Twice. It was killing you and you couldn't fix it. Not now. Not ever. Especially if you had no way off this godforsaken island, fast.
