He stayed quiet the rest of our time in Gucci but ended up buying a few new, gold rings that totaled well over $3,000. I honestly wasn't running out of reasons to be surprise at his ways of throwing around money like it was nothing. The man lived in the green paper.
We walk hand in hand out of the mall and back in the parking lot to where his sports car was parked right at the front. I didn't have the heart to ask him about the nickname, seeing his reaction from it both times. Hell, he didn't even like to discuss the scar over his eye.
'Still wanna know what that is though.'
Closing the passenger door behind me, I twist over to buckle my seatbelt only to find him removing a pair of earrings currently in his ears. "Here," he says, grabbing my wrist and placing a pair of diamond, Chanel earrings in my palm. "Put then on."
"Um...I'm fine," I say, trying to hand them back. He clicks his tongue in annoyance and takes them back. I was going to let out a sigh in relief when I feel him grab my upper arm and tug me towards him. "Hey! What're you..."
"Hold still," he interrupts, letting go of my arm and taking the back out of the stud that showed the Chanel logo outlined in, what appeared to be, diamonds.
I feel the earring slip through my first piercing and his fingers grazing over my skin as he secured the back in. He then gestured for my other ear and I obeyed. The feeling of hands working so skillfully near my face made me blush and the second he noticed this, he blushed too.
"There. Keep them, I don't care," is all he says before starting his car and pulling out of the spot.
"Aren't...aren't they real diamond?" I ask, carefully raising my hand and feeling the stud in my ear. I almost didn't want to touch them, afraid they'll just fall out and he'll lose an expensive pair of earrings.
"What d'you think?" He jokingly scoffs, not taking his eyes off of the road. I softly smile to myself, feeling a sense of pride to wear such beautiful clothes, shoes, and jewelry.
"Thank you, Yoongi," I say, holding my hands in embarrassment while he just clears his throat in response.
"You're welcome."

The second we arrived to Jimin's house early to hang out before guest showed up, Jiwoo's eyes lit up at the sight of me and my new outfit.
"Holy shit..." she breathes, parting away from Rose, Jin, and Namjoon to approach me. Yoongi steps away to talk to Jungkook and to leave Jiwoo to admire me. "You look incredible!"
"Thank you," I laugh, her eyes continuing to eye me up and down.
"Oh my god, this is all so nice! And the earrings..." she pauses and looks around to see if anyone was listening, "are they real diamonds?" She asks in a soft tone.
I let out a chuckle at her dramatic action. "Yes. He let me wear them today even though I told him no," I roll my eyes, glancing over to find him talking in a group with Jennie in it. My smile slowly fades at the sight of them, until Tae suddenly appeared from the kitchen, in which my smile returned.
Tae stops just before joining Jimin's side, his eyes locked on me. I couldn't help but smile at him softly as I watch his eyes gaze up and down my body.
Suddenly, a nudge is felt on my elbow. "What?" I reply, not taking my eyes off of Tae who was trying to glance away a few times to hide the fact that he was staring at me.
"I uh bought something else," a familiar voice replies, allowing myself to finally turn for a second to find Yoongi inches away from me. I see an apparition of a box in his pocket that his hand was holding. Turning back to find Tae still flickering between me and the conversation, I nod my head at Yoongi.
"Fantastic. Hey, I'll be right back," I quickly say, walking forward until I was face to face with Tae. His pink lips spread into a small smile that I hadn't seen in days. "What're you staring at?" I joke, playfully crossing my arms as he looks ahead, his cheeks pink.
"It's weird to find a freshie in Chanel," he replies, holding his drink and looking back down at my chosen clothes. "Especially one that actually looks good in it."
I couldn't help but flush red at his words that touched my heart just like they did before the concert. He raises the edge of the glass to his lips, gracefully sipping the alcohol before lowering it back down slowly.
"That's the nicest thing you've said to me in a long time," I point out, holding my crossed arms as he lets out a sharp exhale for a laugh. 'Gosh, how can someone be so perfect?'
"Well, maybe dress nice most of the time," he shrugs, stepping a foot closer so I was inches away from him. His aroma sent me into the clouds where I bathed in such a smell. "I only compliment people who deserve a compliment," he adds, raising a hand and gently brushing a few strands of my hair, with the tips of his delicate fingers, behind my ear. "All jokes aside though," he whispers, my breathing suddenly increases as well as my heart, "you look breathtaking."
And with that, he steps back and joins Jisoo's side as Jimin told a story. My chest rose and fell at such speed, it looked as if I had just ran a marathon. My skin still tingled at the feeling of his fingers brushing against my cheek as he pushed my hair back.
I turn back to find Yoongi suddenly gone and Jiwoo talking with a few freshman who just showed up, as well as many other high schoolers. Minute by minute, the house slowly got fuller and louder until music came in and the party began.
