Um, I don't know if you hear these, I get that you're... not here anymore, but sometimes I feel like you're with me.

I like to think you wouldn't have done the things May did to me if you were in her place, but I didn't expect her to do it either, so I'm struggling with that. She was so nice to me until you left.

I guess I do blame you a little bit for what happened, but not as much as I blame myself. I could've saved you! So I guess I kinda deserved what happened.

God, I need therapy.

But, um, I called to tell you that I'm gonna be put in foster care. I'm really scared, Ben. I've heard so many stories about all the bad stuff that happens in foster homes, and I'm terrified.
