Jennie's POV
"Geez, Jennie! You're lucky the professor is not here. You could have gotten scolded really bad." Rosé told me as soon as I sat on my chair panting.
"I knowwww, but atleast I didn't get scolded right?" I chuckled then got my notes out.
"You still managed to chuckle after barely catching your breath? Just to remind you Jennie, you can't just let yourself be. You have to take care of yourself" Jisoo says, hays she back at it again speaking like my mom.
"I'm okay, Jisoo...there's nothing to worry about." I gave her an assuring smile.
"So where did you go huh?" Rosé asked with a smirk on her face, I don't like thst face. She's usually thinking something way far than what actually happened.
"Yeah and why is it like you ran a marathon just to go here?" Jisoo adds. I just remembered the mysterious lady by the football field, she was all alone there. I wonder if she's still there, she's probably at her own class too.
"So????" I snapped out when I realized that they were both waiting for my answer. I didn't realize that I was starting to space out.
"Uhmm, well....I went to the football field again to get some fresh air and uhm, I just didn't notice the time so I just ran going back here." I told them in the most assuring way. It was way too assuring that they suspected something weird. "Something tells me that there was more to the story, Jen" Jisoo says and Rosé nodded.
They were about to speak but I felt relief when the professor came in. Everyone became silent and started getting their notes out. I secretly smiled when Jisoo and Rosé already forgot about what we were talking about earlier because they were too focused on the subject. It was literature class, boring class but I guess I have to keep my high grades to make my mom proud.
After classed I was about to ran off again to find that mysterious girl, I don't know why but something about her makes me want to be close to her. She's really silent, lots of students find her creepy since she's always alone.
"Hey, hey...where are you off to?" I closed my eyes tightly when I heard Jisoo's voice. I thought I could go away! Hays.
I slowly turned my back scratching my head. "Uhm, I'm going to uh....the swimming area..." both their eyebrows knitted because of what I said. To be honest, I couldn't of any place that wouldn't sound suspicious.
"Uhuh....the swimming area, what the hell are you going to do there??" Rosè asked as she wraps her arm around my shoulder.
"Uhmmm.....I-I'll...."
"Don't tell me you've got a crush from the swimming club that you're not telling us" Jisoo crossed her arms and narrowed her eyes on me.
"What??? Noooo, why would I have a crush? When did I have a crush?? What is a crush??" I awkwardly laughed at them but they just shook their heads.
"Let's just go to a milk tea shop nearby. I heard Irene saying that it's a good place to study and hang out" Rosè suggested and in no time, they were both already pulling me away from what I was planning to do this afternoon.
When we got inside, We our seniors, it was Irene and Kang Seulgi from the dance club. Hmm they've been really close for a while now. I wonder if they are....you know...
"Hey, Irene! Oh seulgi's here too?" Jisoo greeted them happily then sat at their table. "Oh hey guys! We were just talking about some stuff towards the huge event that will happen soon." Irene says as we sat with them.
"So you guys are in charge?" I asked and they both nodded. "This is seulgi by the way. I'm sure you guys know her already since she's the head of our dance club" Irene introduces. We all shook her hand and had a little chat.
