chapter five

Shortly after Kylo left me exhaustion took over me and I actually got to sleep. It was the first time in years that I actually got a full night's sleep. I woke up to a radiating heat on my back. I silently prayed that it was just my imagination and that no one was next to me. I rolled over and came face to face to Kylo. I didn't expect him to have come back last night. I sat there for a moment and admired his features. He was truly beautiful. I hated that he hid behind that stupid mask. "Are you enjoying yourself?" Kylo spoke opening one eye. My cheeks turned bright red and I threw myself to the other side of the bed. Kylo wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me back into him. "You know it's not nice to stare at people?" "I wasn't staring! You just so happened to open your eyes as I was trying to see who was in my bed!" I defended. He wasn't buying it. "If you don't mind I was trying to sleep. Goodnight again." He said laying his head back on the pillow. I was able to drift off into a half sleep again.

We were woken back up with yelling and banging in the hallway. The next thing I knew Vicrul flew through the door in full armor with some creature pouncing on him. "Good morning guys it would be nice if you guys could join us. It's kind of a mad house out there" he said as he sliced at  the strange creature with his scythe.  Kylo jumped out of my bed and ran to his room to get dressed. I jumped out as well and threw on the closest outfit I could find and grabbed my swords. As soon as I got into the hall way I was met by a creature that was three times the size of me. I've fought plenty of things that were bigger than me so this would be a piece of cake. The beast fell to the ground after a few stabs to the belly. I wiped my swords off with the fallen beasts' shirt.

Outside on the street there was fire everywhere, bodies littered the street already. "What the actual fuck is going on" I yelled. "It seems like the people are turning on each other and started a riot. Shall we continue with the other plan Hux has set up Octavia?" Cardo questioned. "Yes. Gather any survivors and bring them to the castle Kylo and I will go to the castle and deal with their pathetic king." I spat.

How could I be so dumb I knew something was up. Kylo appeared behind me and we ran to the castle. "You take the take the east side I'll take the west. Meet me in the throne room, kill anyone in your path. I want no survivors." I commanded, now I was over the edge I can't stand when I get lied to. We stormed the castle and started slaying any guards that approached us. Once on the west side of the castle was cleared I'd  already plowed through countless guards. I was approaching the throne room when Kylo met me from the hallway opposite from me. He had blood smeared across his face and I couldn't tell if it was his or his victims'. We walked into the throne room to see the king just standing by the window watching the scene playout down below.

"So you thought it would be a good idea to lie to us?" I asked, my blood boiling at this point. You could almost see the anger radiating off of me. "I didn't think it would come to this. GUARDS!" as soon as the kings words left his mouth guards grabbed Kylo. "You're a foolish girl you know that. You are come to my kingdom and question me. If the order was so worried about us why did they send some little girl to do a man's job? Guards I want that man on his kness in front of my throne and his head off of his shoulders. You two grab the the girl." The kind commanded the guards. Two guards took my weapons and grabbed my arms while the other two pulled Kylo to his knees. Why wasn't he fitting back?  "On my count. One...Two... TH" "NO!" I screamed and tore out of the guards grip. A surge of engery shot out of my body and everyone went flying. The guards hit the wall and so did the king. Kylo looked at me with shock and fear. I had no idea what just happened. "How... How did you do that?" he question. I had no idea. "I... I don't know, but I don't feel so good." I said then everything went black.

"Octavia. Octavia wake up they need you. Wake up and save them." The voice said. I still did not know who this voice was but I tried to wake up. I really tried. After a few more tries my eyes fluttered open and I saw a crying Kylo. I jumped up and ran for the door out of the castle. Outside I saw the knights had rounded up the towns' people as I asked. "We came here to ask your pathetic king if his loyalties still laid with the first order. He lied and said yes, then you fools decide to follow him and start a riot with your supreme leader with in your walls. How foolish. Tonight, this ends now. Your planet means nothing to us nor do your lives. My loyal Knights of Ren will you please do me the honor of ridding this galaxy of this scum in front of me. And have fun with this. Make it hurt." With my short speech coming to end the knights ready their weapons and the games begin. I stand back and watch as body parts being to be torn and thrown around. I hear the battles cries of the knights and the screams of the scum below. Within minutes the noise comes to a stop. There is only one villager left standing. "Leave this one." I said to the men surrounding the only person left. "Long live our king." He spat in my face. "Long life Supreme Leader Ren, and the First Order." I spat back at him as I sliced his throat. I dropped the blade and started shouting commands. "I want the king's head and his guards head on spikes in front of this castle. As for the rest I want them burned. I will be on the ship ready to leave when you guys finish." None of them dared speak to me, they all just started doing as they were commanded. I stormed off away from the castle and back to the hotel to gather my things before I went back to the Night Buzzard.
