Up and Down love

Part 15

Anna:

When we pulled up my heart felt like it was tearing into a million pieces. At the front door stood Ag's parents with her bags in their hands. 

We both hopped out and there was no use in even trying to muster a smile. 

"Hi mom, Hi dad..."

She gave them both a hug, "Hun we have to go right now if we want to catch our flight!"

She nodded her head and turned to me as they put the bags in the car. 

"I don't even know what to say ,Anna, I don't think I have felt this broken in a long time."

I didn't want to speak because it hurt too bad. I jumped into her arms and wrapped my legs around her. The tears started to flow and there was no stopping them. I could hear Ag sniff here and there. I lifted my head from her shoulder and kissed her so softly. It felt like there was no one else around us. The whole world went blank and nothing else to worry about. 

She put me down and squoze my hand. "Call me when you get home..."

"It'll be the first thing I do bubs."

Her parents were in the car waiting, both eager to catch there flight. Ag hoped in and leaned her head back on the headrest. She grabbed her face and wiped her eyes. As they pulled out the driveway I walked past my mom and to the house. She tried to embrace me, but I dodged it. 

I ran fast to my bedroom and slammed the door behind me. There was no control, no feel, just numbness. I sat on the edge of my bed and gripped the sheets. I had no idea what I was capable of doing.

Ag:

Fu*k it hurts! It hurts so damn bad. I want to cry or even just punch the window till it breaks. I just want to hug her and kiss her. I know she is ripped up and I can't be there to cheer her up.

My mom and dad talked back in forth and then it went silent. They turned the music down.

 My mom turned to me, "Honey I know this must be so hard for you and I'm sorry, but for a while, it's best we take you home."

I rolled my eyes, "what's best is that I'm with Anna..."

"I can see how you might think that way but..."

"Mom there is know thinking I just know it! She needs me and I need her. We create a perfect balance when we are together. Now that you have taken us apart it's like a rip in the space-time continuum."

"I see."

"You don't see anything."

"Watch your mouth there young lady or you'll never be going back!"

I put in my air pods and stared out the window. There was no use in explaining something to someone who isn't in the same situation. People never get it until their in your shoes.
