Up and Down love

Part 26

Anna: 

I talked to Ag's mom and she was letting us borrow one of the cars for the weekend. Although I had to drive. Not that she doesn't trust Ag, but with how things went it worries her. Kinda nice knowing she has that trust in me!

I shut the trunk and headed upstairs to get Ag. When I opened her door my mouth completely dropped. She wasn't facing me, but her bare back was. I watched as she lifted off her Nike sports bra and switched to a different one. Her hair lifted up and gently laid back on her shoulders. She put on a Virginity Rocks t-shirt and turned back around.

"SHIT ANNA!"

I skipped toward her and put my arms around her neck. "That was one hell of a show."

The biggest grin came on her face as she licked her lips. She put her hands on my waist and pulled me in closer. "How long were you standing there?"

"Let's just say I wouldn't mind leaving some marks on that beautiful back of yours." I gave her a flirty smirk.

"Dang if only you came up earlier for the whole show." I pressed my lips into hers and then let her go. I grabbed her hand and let our fingers intertwine. 

"Alrighty, the car is packed, and let's get the show on the road!"

"I'll go ask my mom for the keys."

"No worries," I said as I jingled the keys, "I'm driving."

"Let me guess she's scared to have me drive again?"

"She just loves you and worries like all mother's." 

Ag let out a deep sigh which made me turn around. I lifted her face so that her eyes met mine. "Things will be back to normal soon" I kissed her, "I promise."

She nodded her head and we were on our way.

Ag:

The fact that she wasn't telling me where we were going just gave me anxiety. That's not where all the anxiety was coming from. Every time a car would fly by I could feel myself flinch. With every time the sickening feeling grew worse and worse. Suddenly I saw the car or a car that looked like the one that hit me. I closed my eyes as I heard it go by. Then kicked in the hyperventilation. I grabbed Anna's hand when she was reaching for her drink.

She jumped a little, "Was I about to take your drink?" She looked over and her face went white. "Baby what's wrong?!"

"Pull...Over..." I barely got the words out through my gasps. 

She quickly pulled to the side and thankfully it was a quieter road. I pushed the door open and stumbled to the ground on all four's. 

Anna was quick to be by my side and rubbed my back. "Ag I need you to look at me."

I shook my head no. Everything in me felt like it was screaming and I swear some parts of me were going numb. 

"Yes, at least prop yourself up against the car." I did what she told me to and my head still hung low. The energy felt as if it was draining from me. My breaths would get fast and then slow.

"What do you see?" I looked up in confusion. "Come on tell me five things that you see."

"Tree. Rock. Grass. Blue eyes. Blue sky." I still felt like I had no breath.

"3 minutes and 1 minute more has gone by ."

"What?" 

"3 minutes since it started and 1 minute has gone by."

I still looked at her with udder confusion.

She took my hands, "When having a panic attack it can feel like your going to die. Sometimes counting as the minutes go by lets you know that your still here so you're not going die. This will not last forever. That's also why I asked you to tell me what you see. It lets you take focus away from your breath and you start to calm."

I closed my eyes and laid my head back. My breaths came to a slow. This can't kill me...

We sat there for 10 more minutes until I felt like myself again. 

"I'm sorry I ruined our little trip."

She kissed me on the cheek and laid her head on my shoulder. "We can stay here as long as you need. I am right here...Always."

Little cliff hanger oops hahaha!

Funny thing is this happened to me in the gym locker rooms lol. Had a panic attack and the teacher asked me what I saw and would tell me as each minute went by. More people need to know what to do when these things happen, but every panic attack is different.
