Capítulo Diecisiete

CAPÍTULO DIECISIETE 

We came home last night really late from our date. I enjoy it. We started it in Monte Maria Shrine then Milea Bee Farm to  Fantasy world and enjoy thw sunset in Malabrigo lighthouse. We ate dinner first we get back here in Manila.

Then Sandro's parents was for us to get home. They want us to surprize but they are the one who were surprize that me and Sandro is not here.

I woke up late and Sandro is not in the bed anymore. That's new. I'm the one who's always waking up first. I pull myself up and take a bath, wore a pastel dress and put some lip tint before going out of the room.

Pagkababa ko, everything is ready and I saw Tita talking to some house helpers before she saw me. I smile when she wave her hand and leaving the helpers to walk towards me.

"Hello hija. You really look beautiful in person." Nagbeso lang kami at pinisil nya iyong magkabilang pisngi ko. " Kailan ako magkakaapo, Charlotte? Gusto ko ng magkaroon ng mga batang makukulit." Napangiwi ako hindi dahil sa gusto na nyang makaapo kundi doon sa 'mga'.

"Hindi naman po kami nagmamadali ni Sandro, Tita—"

"Call me Mamá. You'll be my daughter soon. It's okay, hija. Mas panatag ako na kapag ikinasal kayo ay desisyon nyo iyong dalawa. I'm just engage you two but it still you and Sandro's decision. Just get along the waves. I'm not rushing you but I'm rushing Sandro." The she lower her voice like he will say something secret. " He hates women so it worried me if the time me and your Papá will leave this world and Sandro will left alone. I don't want that to my son. So no need to rush. Okay, miel?" She combed my hair with her fingers.

"Okay, Mamá."

She were about to tell me something when Sandro came out with his Father. They were holding beers and give it to the helpers.

"Hello, Mom." Sandro greeted Mamá before kissing her on her cheeks.

"Hello hijo." Bati din ng ina saka tumingin sa asawa nito. "Miel..."

"Good morning baby." Nakangiting bati ni Sandro saka ako hinalikan sa noo. "That dress looks good on you." He said before hugging me.

I hug him back. "Happy birthday babe."

"Thanks, baby." He whispered.

After that me and Sandro were busy to arrange everything with the help of Mamá and Papá. 2 pm dumating iyong mga kaibigan ni Sandro at hindi ko inakala na ganon sila karami. Iyong iba may mga asawa na sila iyong kasama ko dito sa may sala. Iyong mga lalaki kasi nasa garden at nag-iinuman.

Nag-uusap lang sila ng mga buhay asawa nila at noong wala pa. Andito rin si Lauren at hindi tulad dati mas magaan iyong aura nya. Mas maganda sya sa casual na damit.

"Kayo... Charlotte,right?" Tanong ni Vanessa kung hindi ako nagkakamali.

"Yeah, Charlotte Sanchez."

"Kailan kayo magpapakasal ni Alessandro?" Alam ko nang itatanong nila yan sakin. Tatlo lang naman kaming hindi pa kasal dito. Si Lauren, Athena at ako.

"We still getting to know each other." Ayun lang ang sagot ko kasi tulad ng sabi kanina ni Mamá, desisyon namin ni Sandro kung magpapakasal kami o hindi. Ayokong pangunahan si Sandro kaya mas mabuting ganyan ang sagot ko.

Nabaling naman ang atensyon nila kay Athena nang matanggap ko iyong text kay Aga na andito na sya. I excuse myself to see Aga. Nang makita ko iyong sasakyan nya ay agad akong pumasok sa kotse nya.

"Ayan na iyong regalo mo." Abot nya sa medyo kalakihang box. "Eto rin iyong mga bulaklak pati susuotin mo mamaya. Libre na yan. Sayang pera ko kung nakatambay lang sa bangko." Sabi nya at saka tumawa.
