Chapter 9

Ichigo P.O.V:

What have I done

Ichigo: I'm sorry Rukia

Aizen: Is there really time to be chit chatting. Aizen charged towards me and I too slow to react and he stabbed me right in the chest.

I screamed out in pain

Byakuya: Kurosaki!!

Aizen: Don't think I forgot about you Kuchiki

He charged towards Byakuya but he was somehow able to dodge his attacks even with all of his wounds

Aizen: You can still fight well then let's see if you can fight without your right arm

He prepared to swing but Hitsugaya came out of nowhere and attacked Aizen

Hitsugaya: Hail Flower Dragon!

I looked at Rukia, it was obvious that she wasn't going to last that long. She was loosing blood quickly and it was all my fault. I set her down and grabbed her hand.

Ichigo: I'm so sorry Rukia please forgive me. I said with tears forming in my eyes

Rukia gripped my hand tightly and smiled

Rukia: No Ichigo it's okay it's not your fault I don't blame you for anything

Ichigo: But I failed to protect you even though I promised I would

Rukia then got up and gave me kiss. I was surprised by it but I kissed her back. I forgot about the battle that was going on in the background or the fact that my body ached. All I wanted to do was be with Rukia.

She pulled away and looked at me

Rukia: Ichigo I don't want you to feel guilty at all. You have been taking all of the pain and suffering for my sake but I also want to protect you and take on some of the pain with you and no matter what you do I will always love you

My eyes widened at Rukia's response and I didn't know what so say other than I live you too. I let go of Rukia's hand and stood up

Ichigo: Rukia in going to let Zangetsu take over

Rukia P.O.V:

What did Ichigo just say?

Rukia: Ichigo what are you talking about

Ichigo: There is no way I can defeat him the way I am so I'm going to let Zangetsu take over he might get out of control so sorry if he hurts you

Rukia: Ichigo you can't possibly--

Ichigo: it's okay Rukia I'm going to be fine so you don't have to worry about me. He said smiling at me

Honestly that idiot Ichigo he is so reckless sometimes and tells me not to worry as if that will make me stop worrying. I took a deep breath

Rukia: Be careful

Ichigo: Ikazo Zangetsu

I watch and Ichigo transformed his hair got really long and turned white. He skin was also turning white soon Ichigo

Zangetsu: King you really do suck you are do hopeless by yourself and you always come crawing to me for help

Rukia: Hey what happened to Ichigo!

He turned around to look at me with a huge smile on his face and looking at me with cold yellow eyes

Zangetsu: Sorry queen but king let me take over to take down Aizen so for now I Zangetsu am in control

I watched as he flash stepped over to Aizen which kind of Zanpukto spirit was Ichigo hiding all this time?

Byakuya P.O.V:

Aizen: This is the end of the road for you Kuchiki

Zangetsu: I wouldn't be so sure

I looked in the direction to where the voice was coming from. It was Ichigo but he looked like a complete Vasta Lorde did he let his hollow completely take over?

Aizen: Ichigo your still alive?

Zangetsu: I'm not Ichigo the names Zangetsu if you want to know king is asleep right now and he let me completely take over.

Hitsugaya: Honestly that bastard Kurosaki always doing things without thinking about the consequences

Byakuya: Well it's not there was any way to avoid this

Zangetsu: Also Aizen you say that your Hypnosis controls all 5 senses but you never said anything about changing what you sense. Unlike king I am really got at sensing reatsu so your hypnosis is useless!! GETSUGATENSHO!!!

I watched as Zangetsu fought Aizen. How was he so strong. Was Kurosaki really hiding his true strength all this time.

Hitsugaya: Kuchiki what do we do now?

Byakuya: It's not like we can do anything I'm going to check on Rukia

I hurried over to Rukia to find out that she was somewhat okay

Rukia: Ni-sama

Byakuya: You shouldn't talk too much or your wounds might reopen

Rukia: No I'm fine how is Ichigo?

Byakuya: Well his hollow is currently fighting Aizen and he seems to have the upper hand

I looked at Rukia and it clear that there was worry painted on her face honestly how could Kurosaki do things and not think about how it affects others

Byakuya: I know you are worried about Ichigo but I'm sure he'll be fine but he sure is reckless

Rukia: Yep he does know how to worry me. She said smiling
