Chapter 26 - Am I A Monster?(Second Ending)

Ichigo P.O.V:

The past few days have been the worst days I've ever lived through. The entire time Soya would slowly cut off the fingers and toes while making me count down from 1000 by 7's

*Krack*

Ichigo: Ahh... 686.....*Krack* Ahhh...600...79

At first I didn't know the reason why he made me count. But later I realized the whole premise of it was to keep me as sane as possible. Which just made it hurt even more.

Everytime he cut them off they grew back in an instant thanks to my hollow. He also kept on showing me visions of me killing everyone I cared for and they just got worse and worse

Soya: You know Ichigo your existence in itself is very interesting. In fact it should be impossible! So it's alright if I kill you huh?!! I'm going to make a mess out of you!!!

After Soya said that I heard someone laughing. But then I realized that it was me

Ichigo: If you want to kill me you're going to have to try harder!!

At this point what even am I? Am I even myself? Am I a monster? Why me? Why do I get all of this misfortune? Am I really about to die?

In his mind space

Zangetsu: What's with the new look King?

Ichigo: Zangetsu?

Zangetsu: You're are starting to look like me you know. Especially with that white hair and would you look at that your eyes are now blue. He said in his usual raspy voice

Ichigo: What are you doing here?

Zangetsu: Are you stupid King this is your mind space and I am a part of you. Did you loose braincells along the way?

Ichigo: Where is Yhwach?

Zangetsu: That old fart is not going to show up anytime soon. Anyways let's talk about you. How is the pain? It hurts but deep down it feels good right?

We walked closer to me until he was right in my face

Zangetsu: You're enjoying this aren't you? The excitement of it coursing throughout your body. A feeling which you have never felt before. You know king don't think for a minute you're a normal shinigami you are a whole different breed!!

At this point I've had enough

Ichigo: Shut up!!! Just shut up!!! You don't know me nor do you define me!!!

Zangetsu: I wouldn't count on that. I am a part of you unfortunately.

Ichigo: Am I not going to see Rukia, Kazui and Ichika again? I said not being able to hold my tears

Zangetsu: It would be unfortunate if I never saw Queen again and I can't leave our little prince all by himself. Which is why let me take over so we can kill him!!!

Ichigo: No. That's not happening. You obey me which is why I am going to use you in all of the twisted forms I want. I said tackling him to the ground

Zangetsu: That's good King. Devour me. Because you are

Ichigo: I am a monster

Out of his mind space

Soya: It's really unfortunate Ichigo doing this over again is getting boring. Which is why I am going to devour you. I will make a mess out of you!! You don't mind right?!!!

Ichigo: Shut up

With that Ichigo broke out of his chains and put a good distance between him and Soya
