Chapter 20 - The Marriage

10 months later

Ichigo P.O.V:

Today was the day. The day in which Karin will be marrying Torshiro. I still have mixed feelings about it. I don't want to loose my sister but I also want her to be happy. Plus at this there was nothing I could do

Ichigo: Rukia it's time to get up

Rukia groaned and slowly opened her eyes and met mine. I smiled at her

Rukia: Is today the day? She asked sleepily

Ichigo: Yeah it is

Rukia sat up and leaned her head in my shoulder

Rukia: How ya feeling?

Ichigo: I really don't know honestly it's not like I wanted this to happen but it's not like I don't want this to happen. I guess I just have very mixed feelings

Rukia: We should wake up the kids and get ready soon so we can head to the world of the living

Ichigo: Yeah we should. I said before stealing a quick kiss

Yes the wedding was being held in the world of the living. We would first head to the Clinic then go to the marriage hall from there

I headed over to their room to wake up tothe kids. Only to find that they were already awake

Kazui, Ichika: Good morning daddy

Ichigo: Good morning. I said smiling at them

I headed over to their bed and down to which the both immediately jumped into my arms. I returned the embrace

Ichigo: Did you sleep well?

Kazui: Not really. I was just excited for the wedding since it's the first time I'll go to one

Ichika: Kazui was arguing with me all night on who will get married first obviously it's foi f to me. She said smiling

Kazui: No! It's going to be me. He protested

I started laughing because it was just cute to watch them

Rukia: Ichigo, Kazui, Ichika get ready for breakfast and also what are you laughing at Ichigo? She asked leaning against the door

Ichigo: Nothing really. Come on let's go

We ate breakfast and quickly left for the world of the living. I forgot to mention that all of the captains and some other shinigami were invited. The plan was we would all get ready at our house and then head to the marriage hall.

I knocked on the door to find Yuzu

Yuzu: Hey there Oni-chan everyone how are you?

Rukia: Were good. Where is Karin?

2 days earlier Karin was brought to the world of the living. Not only because she needed to make sure everything was perfect. Also because it would be more special when Toshiro finally sees her at the wedding.

Yuzu: Karin and dad are inside come on in

We walked inside to find Karin and dad

Ishin: ICHIGO I never thought you would come!! He yelled happily which charging at me

Ichigo: Are you kidding. You think I would miss Karin's big day. I replied while easily dodging him

Karin: Hey guys

Rukia: Karin today is finally the day I'm so proud of you. She said while running over to her to hug her

Karin: Thanks but save it for later when I actually get married
