A bad apple...

"What do you think of them?!"

"Did you bring me here to see apple trees?!" Jim responded with a question.

"Yes...what you think of them?!" the Krichnd spoke.

"I just want to go home." Jim said.

"You can only go to a place that exists."

"What do you mean by that?!" Jim asked.

"Nothing from your world could grow here until a few months back." the Krichnd responded.

"But those trees cannot be just a few months old" Jim argued.

"Of course not! We have had those seedlings for thousands of years...we use them to monitor the  situation and they have never grown this fast!!" the Krichnd responded.

"I still can't see how that concerns me!!"

"Well, until a few months back, nothing from this world could physically affect your world but  two tiny vicssorns landed there..."

"They were not tiny vicssorns!!" Jim protested.

"Oh trust me...those were actually pretty tiny...a small vicssorn would've wiped out your town."

"A small one ?!" Jim asked to be sure he had heard it right.

"Yeah...a big one would destroy your world"

The possibility of having a world...your world wiped out is one that could frighten any one it was  revealed to and Jim was no exception.

"Do you have a solution to this problem?!" he asked

"Yes and no" the Krichnd replied.

"What do you mean 'yes and no'?!" Jim asked

"I mean yes and no...come, let's go back in" the Krichnd responded as he signalled to Jim to follow back into the castle. They moved back into the castle, Jim following the Krichnd. The questions in Jim's head  were quite many, too many in fact that he failed to air any of them out. Having just been told  that his world could be destroyed, Jim could not stop thinking about his family. The thought of not having a home let alone a world to call home was terrifying to say the least.

"What do you mean you mean yes and no?!"he asked the Krichnd again by now they were  inside the hall he had first entered.

"Look around you Creed, tell me...what do you see?!" the Krichnd asked back.

"Walls...seats..." Jim replied when he had looked around.

"How many seats do you see?!" the Krichnd posed another question.

"Ten equal ones and a big one" Jim answered.

"Eleven seats...look at the floor, what do you see?!"

"A big star with ten points..."

"A decagram...good, at least we know your sight is good. Do you know what it all means?!"

"Ten is your lucky number?!" Jim replied sarcastically.

"Each point is a territory...each seat is for a ruler"

"But there are eleven seats and ten points!!"Jim pointed out.

"Good. So, what is the use of the eleventh ruler?!"

"I guess to stand in in case any of the ten gets sick." Jim answered with Sarcasm as before.

"That's good logic Creed...but why would his seat be bigger if his role was smaller?!"

"I don't know...perhaps because it wouldn't be fair to miss out on everything!"

"No. It's because he rules the rulers not territories."

"He?! Does that mean you're a man?!"

"Is that what has been bothering you?!"

"No...well, yes." Jim admitted.

"Then I'm afraid it's not about to stop bothering you."

"Do you know of a way I can go home?!"Jim asked

"How did you come?!"

"I used the sword"

"Good...I can see you still have the sword"

"I tried...it didn't work, do you know another way?!"

"What did you say?!" the Krichnd asked in a state of shock.

"Do you..."

"No, before that..."

"I tried...it didn't work?!"

Upon hearing the confirmation of what Jim had actually said, the Krichnd moved very fast out  of the castle into the yard and shouted to seemingly-no one.

"Close off all the gates and set up a barrier...no one leaves or enters the palace until I say so."     Jim had moved close behind the Krichnd and he witnessed all the drama. After shouting, the  Krichnd moved back into the castle with worry all over face.

"So...do you know another way?!"

"Of course I do...I wouldn't be Krichnd if I didn't!!"

"Can you..."

"I also wouldn't be Krichnd if I told every random being all things I know!" the Krichnd said with a bit of anger and panic-more of panic.

"Breala," the Krichnd called.

"Get Creed a room upstairs...it seems he'll be around for some time" and then ordered when Breala  arrived.
