Lister- Guitar. He wants you to learn so you can play guitar with him..

Rimmer- Piano. As Rimmer says, it's 'classy yet simple.'

Cat- Drums. He enjoys you playing the drums as it both gives him a beat to dance to and the ability to drown out Lister when he plays his guitar.

Kryten- Violin. You already played the violin before meeting Kryten, he enjoys when you play it and tries to get you to practice more.
