Welcome to the Villain's world
-----
1ST POV
I fluttered my eyes to only open them to darkness. Fear of the unknown shot through my body once again. Images of the land I had just left still burrowed into my mind and the fact I ended up in this made me anxious.
I tried to feel around me, and I could feel the cushioned walls and concluded that I was in some sort of storage unit. My breathing and sense of unease did not back down however. As I was about to try and bust the lid open, I could hear something from the outside.
"What's that noise?" I muttered.
"Grrrr! The lid is too heavy. Time for ... my secret move!"
And before I knew it, the box I was in engulfed in mighty blue flames.
"Guwaahuhh~ There!"
"F-fire!?!?" I squeeked.
"Ok, ok. Gotta get.."
Before me stood a cat-racoon like being, seemingly proud of his display of blue fires. However, his cocky demeanor quickly disappeared after noticing me.
"Whaaaaaaa! Why are you up!?"
"A talking r-raccoon?!"
Offended, the creature stood his ground, "Just who are you calling a raccoon! I am the Great Grim! Well, whatever. Hey, human! Hurry and gimme those clothes! Otherwise... I'll roast ya!"
I tried to make light of the situation, "Dreaming about getting roasted by a raccoon, that's a new one!" that only made things worse. Why do I do this to myself?
Grim was unfortunately not feeling the humor and started to come for me. I dashed and dodged as much as I could, but still with the added flame attacks, I didn't think staying in this coffin room would prove safer than just bolting the heck out of there.
I bursted through the two grand doors, surprising those on the other end. I didn't pay attention to them but I recognized the robes that they all adorned as the same as mine. Unfortunately, I accidentally bumped into the shortest of the five individuals, we both crashed to the floor. For that short moment, I took in his features; grey eyes shocked and confused, and short locks of red framing his face.
"Come back you hu-", the creature followed suit and was about to spit flames when he saw the looming figures of the other four robed members. He shrunk and shriveled in fear, and I assume was about to say something but I interrupted the moment by jumping off the guy and sprinting like my life depended on it. Grim took the opportunity and chased me down on all fours.
3RD POV
The guys were left bewildered, but some shrugged off the encounter and continued inside the room. The one laying on the floor was in a short shock, a tinge of red dusted his cheeks before he shook his head out of the trance. A hand was offered in front of him by one of the men he traveled with who had a piece of fabric similar to the one used in the robe wrapped around his head, "That was weird, no?"
The redhead below took his arm and lifted himself off the ground. His expression is now more composed than it was mere seconds ago.
"Shouldn't someone get them? They shouldn't be out before the ceremony," the redhead commented, looking at the direction the pair went off to.
"Leave them be, I'm sure the Headmaster will take care of them," one of the others scoffed from inside the room, a clear scowl was on his mug.
"If anyone were to take care of running prey, I'd think you'd gladly take up the job," the blonde one next to him quipped. The blonde received a low growl from his companion.
