"Wow Brian, you got a pretty flower. No wonder you kept this a secret."
Brian looked up from his phone. He had been reading and replying to emails. Not only was he exhausted, he was horny and stressed. He hadn't had sex in a month or so and reading emails concerning their next new album stressed Brian so much that the littlest things bothered him.
All Brian wanted was to sleep in his new comfortable bed, and maybe masturbate, in his new home. He wanted peace and silence, but he rather got a comment that made his eye twitch. "What are you talking about?"
Stefan smirked as he held up the magazine he grabbed on the way into the studio. It was turned and folded onto the page were a blurry picture of Brian and Emilia was printed on as it showed them sitting on the dirty subway seats. He quickly snatched it from Stephens grasp and preserved it.
Brian Molko, front man of the rock band PLACEBO, was seen sitting very comfortably next to a female. The couple were spotted leaving the David Bowie concert last night holding hands. Witnesses say that the front man seemed rather happy along side his new lady friend. It's this a new relationship for Molko? Going behind a partners back would be something this rockstar would do to his long time girlfriend, Mandy Robertson.
Brian scoffed. He took notice of more pictures with captions on the sides of them. He sighed as he read the last line of the final paragraph.
Even though we might not know who exactly is his new companion, fans are happy if Brain is too. We are looking forward to discovering who this mystery girl is.
"These damn paparazzi! Can't I just go to a fucking concert without having my privacy exposed!? Fucking shit." He explained throwing the magazine away from him and on to the other side of the room.
"Well they're gonna find out one way or another. Who is she anyway? Is she the one you were keeping as a secret?" Stefan questioned impatiently.
Brian sighed once more and let his hands wander through his hair. "Yes."
"Wait, she's the one you let stay at your house? Why?" Stefan interrupted. Confused with Brian's actions when it wasn't in his character to care so much for a girl.
Brian leaned more to the male side of the pond. To Stefans understanding Brian thought women were much harder to handle. He got along more with males than he did with females.
"She found her boyfriend cheating. Anyways, you know the story, Stefan, the rest is history."
Speechless, Stefan grabbed his bass and started to play some notes. "What's her name?"
"Emilia." Brian shortly answered.
"Will I meet her? You said I would."
"If she would like to."
"Is she your new Flower, Molko? or just a side pot?"
The question annoyed him. He refused to roll his eyes as he took a drink out of his beer. He grabbed his untouched cigarette and took a long puff, letting the chemicals burn his throat. "She isn't a side pot."
"Does she-"
"For God's sake, Stefan, shut up! I don't want to talk about this!" He explained frustrated.
"I was going to ask if she knows about you being famous or not! Don't you think that she'll get mobbed randomly on the street? She'll most likely see this magazine along with many others, Brian. I might not know her, but her safety is in question now if the tabloids find out anything about her."
Stefan made a good point. "Just think about it. They already caught you on the train and at the concert. They'll catch you again, but this time they'll approach."
The thought of Emilia hurt made Brian's eye twitch. I couldn't think of anything wrong happening to her. She was oblivious to his rockstar persona. He didn't want her innocence to be smashed by game as his one did. She didn't deserve this.
"I need to tell her. I'll be back next week." He got up gathering his book bag and ran out.
"Good luck!" Stefan yelled after him. He watched the door close. Once alone he reached over to the tape recorder and pressed the blue RECORD button.
He sat on the edge of the seat and started to play a steady beat. He smiled to himself as he added more notes.
Emilia looked around. She was lost within titles of New berries, Articulated Fruits, Asian strawberry juice, and Protein Shakes on the go!
She has never been to the super market. She shamefully just ordered her food online every week and was happy to avoid any right places. Now that she forgot to order, she had to go out into the cold weather and buy food for herself.
"Where is that Almond milk at?" She whispered to herself as she concentrated on reading each label in the open fridge.
She moved down the isle until she found Soy milk, but not Almond milk. She let out a groan in frustration when she didn't find it. She looked at her basket which held few of v the items she wanted and let out another louder groan.
"Wow, I can make you moan louder, baby."
She turned to see a make behind her. If he had a label to be transferred to, it would be Punk. He had red creepers on along with a red banana tired on one of his chair that were connected to his belt hoop. His hair was a Death hawk painted green and dark purple. He was skinny, skinnier than Brian actually and he was a twig.
"That wasn't me, it was him." Punk said.
She looked over at the other guy. He would be the Ghetto Gangster. 'Should've seen this one coming.' she thought to herself rolling her eyes.
"Fuck off will you? I have not patience at the moment for your teenage remarks." She turned to leave until Ghetto Gangster spoke up.
"Ight, Ight, I just wanted to-"
"Leave." Emilia insisted. He held his hands up in surrender and walked off murmuring insults as he did so.
"Sorry about that, those types of guys give us a bad name. You can handle yourself, I'm impressed. I thought I'd have to step in," Punk said as he stood next to her. "I'm Ben."
She shook his hand and smiled, " Names Emilia, thanks for the compliment. I usually order my food only for a reason."
"I do the same, I forgot to order for this week. I noticed when I didn't have lettuce to make a salad." He chuckled.
She noticed his basket full of various similar foods that she also got. Among the variety she saw a Carton of Almond milk. "Umm, can I ask you something?"
"Sure, what is it?" ha said as he looked at some packaged cereal.
"I can't find the Almond milk, where did you get yours?" She looked up at him, noticing his dark makeup.
"Come, I'll show you. I can help you with the rest of your shopping too, if you'd like."
"That be great!" She said letting a relieved breath out.
After done grocery shopping they exchanged numbers and went their own ways. She noticed a missed call from Brian and decided to call him back as she walked back to her apartment.
"Hello, Bri? You called?"
"Yeah, I'm at your house. Are you busy?"
"No, I'm in my way home actually. Has there been an accident?"
"No, Milly, I just need to talk to you about something. Nothing to panic about. I'll be inside waiting. Get home safe."
"Ok, bye Bri."
"See you in a bit, bye."
