It was like time was going unrealistically slow that night, a weird sense of confidence drove both the adults as they finally finished the movie.

"C'mon," Hyunsoo said and like before, held the hems of Renjun's sleeve, dragging him behind her all the way to her bedroom.

"Wait, where would you draw?" Hyunsoo asked pouting and Renjun looked at her room, plain walls in contrast to the darker shades of the curtains and bedsheets.

"The wall?" Renjun asked, the slight bit of a tipsy feeling was slowly wearing off, and with each passing second, a minor headache grew in both of them.

Hyunsoo looked around her plain white walls, looking for the perfect borders.

"There?" Hyunsoo pointed at the wall space above her desk.

"Hmm," Renjun replied while rubbing the back of his head.

"You'd have pencils with you?" Renjun asked and Hyunsoo searched up the drawers below her desk. Renjun's sight was far clearer than minutes ago as he blinked slowly.

"Would this do?" Hyunsoo asked and Renjun stared at the pencil's nib for a few seconds before nodding.

None of this was planned and everything purely went on instinct as Hyunsoo slid off her pullover, Renjun sat down on the chair closer to the wall and drew a horizontal border, almost the shape of a rectangle in which he was to sketch.

Hyunsoo mindlessly stripped, laying herself in the middle of the mattress as she used the deep maroon colored duvet to cover the bare minimum. Renjun turned to look at her only when he heard her soft voice saying 'Im ready'.

Renjun turned and his eyes first went to her face, her lidded eyes and rosy parted lips, the wine heated up her cheeks making them appear blushed and her hair was tousled to perfection.

Renjun held onto the pencil as the effects of the wine lowered by a bit for him while it did the opposite for Hyunsoo. He laid the tip of the pencil inside the rectangle he pictured earlier. He started from the left end and sketched her eyes, followed by her nose, shading beautifully.

The absence of colors didn't affect him at the slightest, he used the smallest force on the nib to make the shading more realistic and finally he was done with her face, he decided to go for her hair next, he started with her hairline and turned to see her looking sleepy.

Hyunsoo's gaze was hazier as she watched him seated and drawing. She heard shuffling and blinked to make her sight clearer. The boy knelt down beside her, close enough till she saw his fingers go to her hair, parting them for his aesthetic and it was only now Hyunsoo was able to see that the boy had his gaze solely on her eyes. He stared into her orbs as his fingers moved her hair.

Even when she laid there bare, covered by nothing but a duvet he fixed his gaze on her eyes. Hyunsoo's heartbeat got faster and this time she couldn't tell if it was because of him or the alcohol from before.

Renjun's hand on her hair stopped moving when Hyunsoo's eyes closed and her breathing grew deeper, she was asleep, he breathed out a small chuckle and turned to look at his half done sketch.

Driven by whatever it was, Renjun looked at her hair once again, happy with the way it looked before he went back to the former seat and continued with the portrait till the effect of the wine weared off completely after a good two hours, Hyunsoo was deep asleep and every time Renjun turned to look at her he was in awe.

She hugged her blanket really tight as she slept off. He was detailing her fingers and toes, the sides of the duvet till he was happy with what he had made.

Renjun searched for his phone and waited for it to focus on his sketch. The shading was beautifully done, her curves and edges ethereally pronounced and he took a snap of it. As always he was proud of his ability in art, but with her, it was simply the girl that made his art look more alive.

He knew he was sober and finally turned to see the sleeping Hyunsoo, he went closer to make sure she wouldn't wake up and moved to the AC above her bed, he switched it 'on' and looked at her sleeping face, the cold air made her hair flow and the dim lights in the room made her skin look further tanned. He pulled the duvet enough to cover her neck to toe so she wouldn't feel cold and took one last look at his work of art before leaving her house.
