"One of CoverGirl, please!" Teenagers came by to book shops almost daily, the magazines would sell out completely by the evening till another stock would be set up for the people to purchase, Hyunsoo was starting to grow her fanbase but of course, there were still some of who would always stick with the past and try to degrade her for it, but she paid no attention to it as she did last time.

She worked harder, restricting diets and photoshoots, having to workout for a sportswear brand and all the work she had been striving for was finally dawned upon her. She had been on the news non stop, people were loving her and Hyunsoo was happy how things were coming out.

And like it's said, 'with great power, comes great responsibility.' Hyunsoo had to take care of her body of course, but being away for photoshoots for larger periods of time kept her away with any other activities, she wasn't able to spend time with Renjun as much anymore.

All tired after a full day of work she would go back to sleep and repeat the next day. Renjun had enough portraits to work on so he too didn't find any quality time to spend apart from work.

The two only saw each other when Renjun dropped her and brought her back, those 30 minutes were all they got but neither of them took it to heart, they knew they had to work while Wontaek was plotting his revenge, anger eating him up alive as he thought of a million ways to get back at Hyunsoo for disobeying him.

For once Hyunsoo was done with her shift earlier than usual, she dropped down on the couch at the lounge, she decided to wait for Renjun to come at the usual time instead of getting him to come early.

She felt the seat on the couch beside her sink and turned to look at Kim, the photographers were leaving too, bowing at both Hyunsoo and Kim before stepping out of the building.

"You sure look tired," Kim said and rest his head on the headrest.

"I sure am," Hyunsoo said and finally after she's free, her mind brought her back to Renjun.

"What's the deal with you two?" Kim asked making Hyunsoo look at the older man.

"I may be old but I've been around enough of the kinds that are your age so don't even try lying," Kim said and Hyunsoo sighed, as far as she thought, she simply couldn't see herself as something more to Renjun.

"I honestly don't know," Hyunsoo said and Kim sighed, shaking his head.

"Feelings aren't complicated Hyunsoo, it's people like us that make them complicated," Kim said and Hyunsoo repeated his words in her head.

"And seeing how today is, people change like time, time changes every second, every minute, you can't tell how a person could be the very next moment, so it's only right to do the needful when you truly want to," Kim said.

"Why didn't you ever get married then?" Hyunsoo asked and Kim laughed out.

"No one wanted a man who worked with models 24/7, who only cared about work, I guess," he chuckled and though he said it as a joke, he did look pained and Hyunsoo pat his back giving him slight solace.

"Don't take too much time to confess your true feelings Hyunsoo, it would hurt me more to know that any of you turned out the way I did."

Renjun had been closed up in his room, he couldn't focus on any of his art projects whatsoever. It was all her in his mind, her smile, her little antiques, the way she was always so confident but fumbled when she was inches away from him. Renjun groaned and dropped his head on the table.

"Three fucking portraits in one week, do I look like a machine to them?" Renjun spoke though it came out muffled.

He was happy though, he finally finished his first portrait, he was done outlining the face all he had to get done with, was the dress, he sighed, finally looked back at the drawing.

His eyes widened slightly at the image. A dawn of realization hitting him as he took in his art.

"For Pete's sake," he said and hid his face in his hands before arrogantly ruffling his hair, not being able to control his own emotions anymore.

The drawing he spent two hours on, the face he finished drawing, didn't even belong to the model he was supposed to portray, the boy sketched Hyunsoo's face instead. He looked around confused, he usually tore up the paper when he made a mistake but now was a difficult time. He sighed as he looked at the picture he drew, her smiling face, eyes smiling along with her, lips stretched beautifully and he gulped, he didn't want to believe what was happening to him but did it need any more explanation at all? After what just happened...

Renjun decided to call it a day, not wanting to run his brains on deciding what to do, he had a week to think about it anyway.
