Renjun's eyes looked throughout Hyunsoo within the span of three seconds, sounds like an excessively short amount of time but if you think about it, 3 seconds are enough to make out a few detailed first impressions, especially when you meet someone new. With his first glance at the girl, seated on the armchair with a knee-length pencil skirt, 4-inch-heels, and a loose white blouse hugging her body beautifully, long black hair and light red lips.

He already knew she was gonna be a chatty one, having enough experience with his past assignments, moreover, she looked like she was quite the impatient type with the way she kept tapping on the tabletop she was seated next to.

3 seconds and he looked back at his manager, Kim motioned for Renjun to take a seat next to him, a few seats away from the girl who had her eyes fixed at her lap. Kim cleaned his throat earning her attention and Hyunsoo finally looked towards the two men.

"We'd like it if you could be seated here, as long as you're comfortable," Kim says, warmth clear in his voice as he smiles, the corners of his eyes wrinkling and Hyunsoo smiles. When she stood she easily took a good 174 centimeters of height, the heels adding to it. Renjun looked up momentarily at the girl who sent him a smile. Renjun simply nods his head before turning his head to Kim.

"I shall leave you guys to discuss on your own if any requirements please let me know," Kim said and smiled one last time at the younger two and leaving the office.

"Huang Renjun is it?" The girl breaks the small bit of silence and Renjun affirms.

"Can I see your files?" Hyunsoo asks and Renjun hands over his file to the girl, placing his last portrait covered in the brown paper right next to him as it needed to be handed over to his last assignment.

"You're qualified, you finished your last assignment only a day ago yet you're here, you could've just asked me to shift the dates if you were uncomfortable," Hyunsoo said while running her fingers through each of Renjun's certificates and past achievements.

'Humble', Renjun said to himself mentally after hearing the way she used her words.

"I'm used to that, so no, it isn't uncomfortable, just let me know when we can start and I'll prepare accordingly," Renjun tells the girl who nods while reading the last document, impressed by how much the boy knew about Fine Arts.

"If you don't mind can we start tomorrow," Hyunsoo asked Renjun and yet again, his first impression of her was right, she was the kind to be impatient when she really wanted something.

"Sure, I'll just let Mr. Kim know we can start tomorrow," Renjun tells Hyunsoo who nods and hands him his file back. Renjun bows slightly before getting out of the office with his files to find Kim, not realizing he left his portrait back at the office.

"Mr.Kim," Renjun says once he sees the man he'd been looking for at a small distance.

"We'll be starting tomorrow," Renjun tells Kim who's brows perk up.

"Well, early bird catches the worm, since Taisha starts it's business around 9 every day you can come by this time, unlike your last assignments at least you'll get some much-needed sleep this time," Kim says, patting the boys shoulder with a wide smile.

"I'll collect the portrait from you now then, I need to go back to the agency anyway, you can head back after and prepare for tomorrow,"

"Sure thing," Renjun says and only then realizes that he left the portrait behind at the office.

"I'll get it, be right back," Renjun says before jogging towards the office, his hair bouncing along with the strides.

He opens the office door, biting the corner of his lips when he realized he didn't knock before entering and going back outside to knock before entering out of basic manners till his eyes saw what went on inside the room.

The brown paper he kept the portrait securely is now laid on the one couch and Hyunsoo held the portrait in her hands, staring at the painting in awe and Renjun felt his blood boil at the sight. He stormed inside forgetting all about knocking for the moment and walked towards the girl, pulling the portrait away from her.

"Rules miss, no one sees the portrait before the model herself," Renjun says, trying his best not to grit his teeth when he could clearly see it in her eyes that she was barely sorry for looking over another's things.

"My bad," she says and looks away, wrapping her arms around her chest before turning away from him and walking back to her seat in the close to empty office.

'Insecure', Renjun says to himself mentally once again when he saw through another quality of hers from the way she looked taken aback by him.

"I'm sorry, but rules are rules. I'll be here at the same time tomorrow and we can discuss where you want the portrait to be taken," Renjun told the woman in front of him before bowing politely and leaving the room, now with his portrait.

Unlike his last clients, a full-time position was when the artist had to go to the model personally to picture the portrait. Hyunsoo was one of them that requested for a full-time position.

Renjun stopped his train of thought once he got back to where he last saw Kim, he simply hand over the portrait to the older and bowed before leaving.

He took the lift back to the ground floor, once again clutching on his files for some reassurance as the lift dropped down in its pace and he walked all the way back to his car. His mind making him think of all possibilities that could happen for the next month while he portrayed Ji Hyunsoo, he knew she was gonna be hard to work with but regardless, he accepted the challenge fully.
