"Ye lehenga Kitna sundarr hai!", Shehnaaz said not with excitement but with overwhelmness.

"Han bachche par ye red nhi hai!", mumma said, making Shehnaaz look at her mother.

"Par mumma mujhe yahi wala achcha laga. Aur bhi achche honge par mujhe yahi pasand hai!", Shehnaaz said as she looked back at the lehenga in front of her.

"Par Sana tujhe pta hai na humare mein red hi pehente hai!", mumma said, feeling for her daughter.

"Pammi, ye red lehenge ka koi chakkar hai kya?", Maa asked as she looked at the sad face of Shehnaaz.

"Han wo humare mein na riwaaz hai ki ladkiyan shaadi mein red hi pehenti hain!", mumma said.

Shehnaaz unwillingly left the lehenga. She knew that mumma was right.

If she is getting married, then Shehnaaz was planning on following every tradition.

Sidharth was himself feeling low seeing how she loved the outfit so much. But then again, if there was a tradition in her family, he is following  it.

"Fir yahan se chalte hain kyunki hum idhar ruke to mein uss lehenge ko hi dekhti rahungi!", Shehnaaz said with a pulled up face.

The elders laughed at her innocent confession of how much she loved the lehenga.

They all reached the Sabyasanchi store and started searching for the perfect lehenga.

After half an hour, they found the one and it was perfect according to the family, Well, not so much according to Shehnaaz.

But it was beautiful indeed and Shehnaaz knew that she is going to rock it.

Seeing Shehnaaz's sullen face and thinking about the lehenga she left behind, the mothers made their way towards her.

"Bachcha tu kya pehen ke shaadi kar rahi hai isse farak nhi padta, tu kisse shaadi kar rahi hai isse padta hai!", mumma said lovingly.

Maa stroked her cheeks lovingly and adviced her to let go of the past and think about the future.

Shehnaaz absolutely wanted to laugh out loudly seeing how the mothers were reacting for wanting her to wear red.

They were just too cute. The mothers made it all seem like she was leaving something precious behind.

Well she was, but it wasn't that big a deal.

The thing was, Shehnaaz had already imagined herself marrying Sidharth in that lehenga and she couldn't get that picture out of her head.

Maybe that's why she loved the lehenga. This one was beautiful but Shehnaaz didn't get the feel.

And then she thought that once she goes in front of Sidharth on their wedding day, vibes are going to come automatically.

She doesn't really need a lehenga to make her feel like a bride, because she was already one.

Mumma and preeti di went along with Sidharth and  kaushal, while Neetu di, Maa and Ahana stayed with Shehnaaz.

When Shehnaaz came out in the attire, all the three ladies got emotional, including her best friend.

Shehnaaz giggled looking at their red faces and the women glared at her, making her shut up instantly.

She was a beautiful bride even without the jewelleries and accessories.

Sidharth got so lucky and fortunate that he got her, Maa wondered and smiled amidst the tears.

On the other hand, Maa and preeti di got emotional too, seeing Sidharth dressed up like a groom.

Mumma felt emotional because of how Shehnaaz was going to get such a nice man as her husband.
