Shehnaaz stood in front of the mirror in a one should royal blue choli and royal blue lehenga.
This outfit had no chunni and she was greatful for that because keeping the chunni entact while dancing, was indeed tough.
She looked at herself in the mirror. Her hair were braided and adorned with sweet little accessories, while her arms had clinking bangles.
She was wearing silver coloured bangles along with the outfit and the earings matched her lehenga too.
The juttis were obviously royal blue in colour. It was a stnnuing outfit made with pure raw silk fabric.
It had a manual sequins work on the choli and on the lehenga too. The lehenga was heavy, although there were only sequins embedded on it.
There was no other embroidery and Shehnaaz still felt like she wouldn't be able to even walk in it, let alone dance.
Her left shoulder was covered with a without sleeve strap, while her right shoulder remained totally bare.
She wore nothing in her neck, because it wasn't required. She stared at herself in the mirror and the glow couldn't be missed.
Well, this glow had always been there since the time Sidharth had proposed her again and that too for marriage.
"Princess lag rahi hai!", Ken said as he moved around her to look at her from every angle, making sure everything was at place and perfect.
Even if it wasn't perfect, Ken knew that Shehnaaz could have easily slayed it.
Shehnaaz giggled and thanked him. Ken was already ready because he didn't want to take the risk of getting ready after styling Shehnaaz.
He didn't want to miss even a single performance.
Shehnaaz made her way out towards the lawn, where the sangeet was to be taken place. Sidharth and others were already there, waiting for her.
Sidharth saw her coming towards him. He was wearing a grey kurta and patyala, looking dapper.
The fabric of his outfit was raw silk too and it had little shimmering on its chinese collars.
Shehnaaz's bangles made rhythmic sound when she came towards him. Unlike other brides, she was giggling.
She might be shy and nervous too, but she didn't show it on her face. Maybe that's what he really loved about her.
She giggled her way towards him and when she reached him, she finally felt flustered and that too because he was open mouthedly staring at her.
"Kitna dekhega baby?", she asked and he just looked at the ground, shook his head, chuckled and slid his hand on her waist.
He pulled her close and kissed her forehead. "Bohot cool Lagg rahi hai!", he confessed honestly.
"Cool?", Shehnaaz asked as her eyes widened at how he just called her cool.
She is a would be bride and this wasn't a compliment she was expecting. He could have said that she looked hot or that she looked pretty.
"Han!", Sidharth said as he grinned stupidly from ear to ear, not understanding that she was mad at him.
"Sidharth, mein Yeh itna taiyyar huyi and you are calling me cool? Kam se kam cool ka ulta hi bol deta!", Shehnaaz said as her nose flared in annoyance.
"Mtlb?", Sidharth asked, looking super confused.
"Mtlb Yeh ki mujhse galti ho gyi ki mein terse shaadi kar rahi hun. Tujhe romance ka R takk nhi aata!", she said as she wriggled her way out of his hold.
