"i just read this book by someone on wattpad, and it was basically the reader got sent to the marvel universe! and they were like a big fan so they were like freaking out and stuff! how cool would it be if we suddenly went to the mcu?" y/n gawked to her bestfriend, peter parker.

"yeah!! imagine, though, how amazing would that be? meeting the actors is amazing and all, but meeting the avengers themselves is just-" peter exclaimed, waving his arms around "next level of amazing!"

"i know, right?! but we cant even find out if aliens exist or not, so it's like basically impossible.." y/n pouted at the thought.

"well, atleast we have fanfics" peter chuckled, nudging his bestfriend.

peter and y/n are big marvel fans. they've loved the franchise since it started with the first iron man. they'd never admit it, but they're big fangirls and fanboys. being big fans of spider-girl, they even read and exchange books on wattpad and ao3! they even joke about vanellope being peter's long lost sibling just because they have the same last name.

and after reading nekomotherfucker's 'wrong world! | vanellope parker x reader' book and talking about how awesome it would be, oh boy, have they jinxed themselves.

as they were walking home from school, they saw a weird black swirly portal looking thing by an alley.

curious, peter reached his arm to it.

"pete, what are you doing?!" y/n said, holding onto peter's other arm.

"let's just see what it is oka-" his sentence was cut off by then getting sucked in the portal.

after some frantic screaming, they got blown into smooth floor.

hm. this floor seems familiar.. they thought. until it clicked, peter and y/n's eyes widened.

they'd remember this floor anywhere.

the same floor loki layed down on in the first avengers.

before they could look around the surroundings, they both blacked out.

the two woke up tied to a chair, seeming to be in a room with gray walls and a glass divider infront.

"what the.. y/n/n, you okay?" peter looked at his bestfriend, who was tied to a chair beside him.

"yeah, yeah, pete. i'm fine. but where are w.. oh my god please tell me were-" y/n's eyes widened, remembering the floor they were blown in.

no, it cant be. it must be a coincidence, right?

until, tony fucking stark walked in with the fucking avengers.

"oh my god, peter, peter- pETER-" the girl's eyes widened more, as well as peter's.

"how- this cant be- ohmygoditsanthonyedwardstark" peter breathed out, still not believing the sight infront of him.

the avengers looked at them weirdly, but with some amusementin their eyes.

"who are you two?" cap asked in his 'psa voice' from homecoming.
