We all won because 2nd place is not a loss, especially given the circumstances. 🎉❤️🙌🏼
Alhamdulillah.
All praise is due to Allah swt first and foremost and then I thank every single one of you who voted and pushed Finding Islam to the top of the scoreboard!!! Your effort, love, support and perseverance did not go unnoticed. 🙌🏼❤️
So many of you have been messaging me about it, so I just want to confirm to you all that Finding Islam did have the most votes at the time of vote closure and we were first place through the permission of Allah. All praise is to Him, subhanahu wa ta'ala.
Behind the scenes, there were some issues that went on with other nominated stories and supporters which were completely disconnected from us. In order to compensate the effected parties, TRA founders had to come to a difficult decision - and that was to make a vote transfer from one party to another which ended up pushing Finding Islam to second place.
In saying that...All nominations and wins were well-deserved, so, as Finding Islam supporters, let's all go and congratulate every single winner with no hard feelings towards anyone! ❤️🙌🏼
I do not write this story for the purpose of gaining fame or any sort of praise or win from people. I write this story for the sake of Allah swt. To help people see the beauty of Islam, to aid them in finding the sweetness of imaan and spreading beneficial knowledge on a platform where there is an absence of such.
Nothing makes me happier than receiving messages and comments from all of you about how Finding Islam has benefitted you and your deen, alhamdulillah. ❤️

"Who is that?" Ahmad asked, his shoulders tensed and rigid.
"Allahu a'lam, akhi." I muttered. The rattling of the door handle continued before someone started pounding against the security door.
Everyone stood up, all of them evidently moving into a protective and defensive mode, but right as I made my way towards the hall archway, the door finally slammed open, hitting the shoe cabinet behind it as Beth stumbled through the door, almost tripping over her two feet had I not stepped forward to grip her elbows and steady her. "Take this **** out of my life!" A guy yelled, pointing his finger at Beth with hatred displayed on his features.
