UNEXPECTED

" Please don't give up!" I said to myself while crying my tears out in the middle of the sea, watching the man I love falling deeply in the sea and I can't do anything about it cause I am weak.

" AXCYLLLLLLLLLLLLL" nagising ako ng umiiyak sa panaginip na iyon. Mabilis akong pinuntahan ni Diana ng maramdaman niya na tumayo ako, she offered me water and hugged me tight saying it will be fine. I cried in front of her until I get to sleep again. Napanaginipan ko na naman pero buti na lang ay minsan na lang ito mangyare ngayon.

The clock rang at exactly 10 o'clock in the morning and I need to get dressed and go to work. I'm working now in our restaurant when I dont have clients and work in the offfice. Ayos lang naman sakin dahil nakatoka talaga magbantay dito sa main branch at pampalipas oras din bonus pang madaming pagkain. Mabagal akong naligo at nag ayos my work starts at 1 pero may lunch ako ngayon with Sebastian kaya ganitong oras na ako nagising. Nagsuot lang ako ng backless croptop with short sleeves and a denim pants with a white sneakers. The way I dress is still how Im bored. After kong magawa ang kailangan kong gawin ay dumiretso na ako sa aking pupuntahan.

Pagkarating ko roon ay agad kong nakita ang isa sa mga tukmol kong boy bestfriend. I hug him tight and slap him. " You changed a lot attorney." I said to him smiling, yinaya niya na ako umupo. Umorder muna kami ng gusto naming kainin bago kami mag usap.

"So, how are you? Its been 4 or 5 years?" he asked. " 5, its been five years since that happened" sagot ko. Matagal na panahon na ang nakalipas sa pangyayari na iyon at madami na ang nagbago. Its been 3 years since we, didn't see each other. Pumunta kasi ng Italy si Sebastian para mag aral ulit ng law at maalagaan niya si Papa niya. He look at me straight in the eyes.

" Don't look at me like that Atty. I am fine, good and healthy I need to move on okay I have many priorities." I said looking at him too in the eyes. He's somewhat convinced in what I said kailangan lang dahil yun naman talaga ang totoo. I return the question to him but he don't answer it nag change topic na siya agad. Kung di ko lang alam na may problema to inihulog ko na siya sa building na ito patago ko lang kasi alam problema niya kaya kailangan maingat dahil baka madulas.

" I have client to offer to yo--" I cut him off when the food arrive gutom na ako kaya kailangan ko muna kumain. Nakatitig lang siya saakin at tumawa baliw na ata to eh ilang taon lang kami di nagkita nagkaroon na pala ako ng baliw na kaibigan. Huhu may bibisitahin na ako sa mental. After minutes of fulling myself sinabi ko na ituloy niya na kung ano ang kaniyang sasabihin.

" I have this friend of mine, a girl specifically" " Woahh friend lang ba talaga?" mabilisan kong tanong sa kanya habang ngumingiti ng pang asar. " Fuck, Xistine its just a friend okay and she have fiance duh muka ba akong mang aagaw?" tanong pabalik. " Hindi ka mukhang mang aagaw, mukha kang inaagaw ayieeeeee" sabi ko nang tumatawa tawa pa.

" Stop it, you look like a crazy dog let me finish o ikaw yung tatapusin ko" usal niya habang seryoso na nakatingin saakin. " You know that your scary right?" duhh I just gestured him to continue and I zip my mouth.

" She said that her wedding will be held here in the Philippines so she wants to have a photographer that is professional to take beautiful pictures of her and her fiance. She's a daughters of a Senator thats why she is a perfectionist."

" Did you recommend me? " I'm just curious thats why I'm asking him." No, I did not, its just a coincidence that I saw her picking photographers and I saw your picture in her hands and I ask her about it. Sabi niya she was a fan daw ng mga shots mo kaya gusto niya ikaw daw maging photographer niya." Tumango tango na lang ako and I ask Seb if that girl was kind he just nod and smile.

After that talk diretso na akong pumunta sa restaurant. I saw my bestfriend Diana na paalis na pupunta siya sa office nila. I wave at her goodbye and go to my room. I check the calling card of the client Sebastian gave to me. Pinag iisipan ko pa if I should accept it or not but it was a big deal and its been a long time since I shoot pren up and wedding photos. Ater a while I found myself calling the number.

"Hello, Who is this?" a man answers my call. His voice was familiar to me but nevermind. " I want to talk to Ms. Sophia Keil " the man shouted someones name after a minute I heard now ladies voice. " Hello, this is me, how can I help you?" her voice was beautiful too." This is Xistine Grayes, I am accepting the offer" the woman shouted with excitement. " Omaygadd for real, I am a big fan of yours can we meet? Wala nang urungan ah I'm so excited see youu" and she hang up the phone kahit di pa ako nagsasabi kung payag akong makipagkita ganun na ba siya ka excited? Hay!

After 2 hours someone calls me its Sophia she asked me if where do I always stay when break I said in a coffee place. Sinabi niya saaking maghihintay daw siya doon sa adress na isinend niya saakin. I fix my make up and hair to look more okay. Nagpaalam na ako doon na may pupuntahan mo na akong importante at babalik mamayang dinner dahil doon kami kakain ni Diana.

Nagdrive ako papunta sa address at nagulat ako dahil ang ganda ng lugar. I think this is gonna be my favorite place now the ambiance is relaxing. "Hey, heree!" Naglakad na ako papunta sa table na iyon. When you look at Sophia you can say that she has a class. The way she dressed, her standing an all over her. "OMG this is for real right, your gonna be my wedding photographer" she giggled.

" Yes, are you really a fan of yours ha!" sabi ko ng medyo natatawa. Ang cute lang eh mukha siyang batang binigyan ng lollipop the way she addressed me is other way around of I'm expecting.

" Where do you plan the wedding?" I asked I'm just curios. " I want a church wedding since my fiance have this church in his mind we decided na don na lang. The Caleruega church." I was surprised hearing the church's name it was familiar to me. Me and Axcyl go to that place where he asked me to be his girlfriend.

Tumango tango lang ako and sinabing maganda ang lugar. Magpapaalam na sana ako sakanya dahil nawalan ako ng mood pero hindi ko iyon ipinahalata. " Is it okay if we talk some other day Ms. Sophia. I have some errands to do"

" Oh my fiancé will gonna be here. I want you to meet him." she said. And tumayo na siya declaring that his fiancé arrived. Sinalubong niya ito at sinundan  ko ang ka niyang lakad kung kanino siya pupunta.

I was surprised that I saw a very familiar face, the face of someone I been longing for, the face of the man I love. My heart hurt and I want to burst my tears. Is it for real? He was alive? I want to be happy that he was alive if he was for real but it hurts. It really hurts.
