Finn's POV:

It has been two months since my attack. I've been healing slowly and I have recovered completely. Millie and Mary have been with me all the time. They really took care of me. They forced me to just lay down most of the time, to only take my classes, not work, and most importantly, not stress at all. They helped me study a lot, they did the chores I had to do and they gave me food and water to maintain alive.

I am very thankful for them, and not just the two of them, all of my friends. Gaten offered to carry my books everywhere for class and do my laundry, Caleb covered most of the food part, by cooking a lot and ordering, too, and Maddie and the other girls just made sure I was not stressed and when I needed something from the outside, they would go get it.

Millie spent all of her free time watching after me, hanging out with me, and just being there for me. We got even closer and even more in love than before. Every day, every time I lock eyes with her, every time our lips collide together, every time I hear her beautiful voice, I fall harder. The affect she has on me is very strange, but amazing in a way only a person who's in love can describe. She brought me pretzels once in a week, and we ate them together in bed just appreciating the company of each other. The warm feeling inside my heart grew hotter and hotter, until my heart will probably explode.

My love for that insanely gorgeous girl is immense and I feel like it would never die.

"Stop it, I will start hyperventilating if you don't stop it, I'm serious Finn, stop!" she said between crazy laughs caused by my tickling.

"But I love your laugh so much, I wanna hear it forever!" I said, stopping and pouting my lip.

"You can make me laugh without tickling me, oh that's right, you have to be funny to do that. Well, I guess I'll have to endure the tickling for eternity!" she said, smirking in victory.

"You did not just say that! You wanna hear funny, I'll give you funny!" I said, starting to tickle her even harder.

"You continuing to tickle me just proves my point, it does not make you funny!" she told me, barely being able to breathe from all the laughing.

"Ok, I'll stop, but only on one condition, you have to kiss me until we can't breathe anymore!" I said, stopping and smiling widely.

"Now that's much better! Why didn't you say that from the beginning!" she told me, before placing her lips onto mine.

We kissed for hours, not wanting to stop. Nothing more. Just our lips moved together to create a rhythm similar to our heart beats, signaling our extreme for each other.

When we finally decided it was enough, I felt Millie tug at my hand and then we both stood up. She just started taking me somewhere. No words needed, because I trusted Millie with my whole life, and we just walked. We walked out of the building, then we got to her car, and she started driving. I had no idea to where, and she didn't tell me a word, she just smiled. I let her take me.

The drive was definitely long, because I fell into a deep slumber, which does not happen often. She drove out of the city, that was for sure, because all the blinding lights and the cars driving by started to get fewer and fewer to almost none. When I woke up, the car was parked, and Millie was smiling next to me.

"Wake up, we're here!" she said, kissing my cheek.

"Where?" I asked, hoping to finally get an answer.

"Well, get out of the car and you'll see silly!" she told me, chuckling.

When I got out, we were in front of a meadow. A very lonely, but beautiful meadow. It was covered in snow, because winter came. It was very peaceful, and I adored it. It was so simple, yet it held so many emotions. I was overwhelmed my happiness in that moment, so I just ran to Millie and kissed her lips passionately. She probably understood what I thought about her surprise and kissed back, smiling.

When we parted, I took her hand and we entered the cold meadow. Hand in hand, we found a spot where we sat down, next to an old tree. The temperature was very low, but somehow, we were both warm, our love radiating all the heat we needed. We sat in each other's arms, and we admired the silence and love that was in the air. Millie then ran to the car and came back with my guitar in her hand. I grinned and she did the same.

She didn't say another word, just gave me the guitar and sat down. I got what she meant, so I took it prepared myself to play something. I decided on playing a song very close to my heart that I knew, My kind of woman.

She immediately knew the song, and we sang together. Her voice was the most beautiful thing I have heard, and with mine, it was the best sound, not only our voices coming together, but our hearts, too. In that moment we both knew, we were definitely meant for each other, and that we were the love of our lives. The love that was between us was unbreakable. Not even a heart attack, not even a devastating death could tear us apart. I knew she was the one. The one for me.

We went back after a few hours of just staying laced together in each other's embrace. The tree was protecting us from the world, its branches covering us from the snow.

The drive was again silent, but the good kind of silence. The one where you don't have to say anything for the other to understand perfectly what you mean. I didn't sleep this time, I just held onto Millie's hand all the way back.

The others were waiting for us because they got scared we just left without saying a word. We were a bit confused when they stood in front of us with their arms crossed and their faces worried, but then we realized what we did, and we started laughing.

Their eyebrows furrowed, and that made us laugh even harder. We explained to them about our little get-away, and they understood and laughed with us. We ordered pizza and Caleb went to buy some wine, and we enjoyed some time all of us together. We watched movies, laughed, ate a lot of pizza, got a little tipsy, and it was amazing.

That day was surprisingly amazing, a day in which I understood the amount of love between me and the love beside me, the amazing family I had that were closer to me than my parents, which meant a lot, and just realizing how lucky I actually was with staying alive after the attack and the quality friends I had. And the pizza was just great.

A/N Hello everyone! So, this is the 20th chapter, which is crazy! I love how this is going, and I kinda have everything figured out to the end, so I can tell you the book will have around 35 chapters! So from now on is just going to be going to be a continuous count down for me, and I guarantee, I will cry a lot when this is going to be over! I just wanted to say that I love the feedback I got from the last chapter, and I am so extremely happy you liked it! I personally loved it so much, and I was very proud of myself. Another thing, this chapter is a little bit inspired by a book I just finished reading. It's called "contradictory- fillie" and it's by @teenaqerinlove, and it's absolutely amazing. I loved it so freaking much, I can't even express how much I loved it. It's the best and I totally recommend you read it! It's wonderful and it so beautifully written, I can't. You will love it! Thank you for reading! I hope you all liked the chapter. I love you all! xx
